L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e9tait ax\u00e9 sur une r\u00e9trospective de la proc\u00e9dure de qualification (PdQ) 2025 et sur la perspective des d\u00e9veloppements \u00e0 venir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au d\u00e9but de la r\u00e9union, Peter Signer, responsable de la formation en production au sein du comit\u00e9 central de la BCS, a adress\u00e9 des remerciements particuliers \u00e0 Yves Girard (absent), qui s\u2019est occup\u00e9 avec beaucoup d\u2019engagement et de passion de la formation dans le canton de Vaud pendant 28 ans. Au cours de cette p\u00e9riode, il a accompagn\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s plus de 2000 apprentis jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de leur PdQ. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses approches cr\u00e9atives et \u00e0 son engagement personnel, il a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner durablement le paysage de la formation. Sur le d\u00e9part, Yves Girard c\u00e8de sa place \u00e0 Justine Froidevaux, qui travaille d\u00e9j\u00e0 au sein de diff\u00e9rentes instances et s\u2019investit notamment dans la r\u00e9vision totale des m\u00e9tiers de la production.<br>La PdQ 2025 s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e sans encombre. Aucune modification n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9e au contenu des directives pour celle de 2026. Les directives actualis\u00e9es pour 2026 sont d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 disponibles sur la plateforme forme-ton-avenir.ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-revision-totale-consultation-au-printemps\">R\u00e9vision totale\u2009: consultation au printemps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un autre point central de la r\u00e9union a port\u00e9 sur l\u2019information relative \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019avancement de la r\u00e9vision totale des m\u00e9tiers de la production. Peter Signer a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les travaux en cours du groupe de travail R\u00e9vision totale et soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance d\u2019informer et d\u2019impliquer les membres de la BCS en temps utile concernant les nouveaut\u00e9s pr\u00e9vues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des s\u00e9ances d\u2019information r\u00e9gionales de la BCS, organis\u00e9es par les CPex en collaboration avec les pr\u00e9sidents des associations r\u00e9gionales, sont pr\u00e9vues au printemps 2026. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019informer de mani\u00e8re exhaustive tous les membres et d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s sur le contenu et les objectifs de la r\u00e9vision totale, afin qu\u2019ils puissent voter en connaissance de cause sur le travail du groupe ad hoc lors du congr\u00e8s 2026 de la BCS. Les personnes engag\u00e9es dans le domaine de la formation professionnelle sont particuli\u00e8rement invit\u00e9es \u00e0 participer aux s\u00e9ances r\u00e9gionales et \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner l\u2019avenir de nos profils professionnels. L\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la r\u00e9vision des m\u00e9tiers est pr\u00e9vue pour 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la fin de la r\u00e9union, Peter Signer et Esther Wehren (cheffe experte en production, LU) ont remerci\u00e9, au nom de la BCS, tous les chefs experts ainsi que les \u00e9quipes d\u2019experts pour leur engagement sans faille, qui a permis de garantir le bon d\u00e9roulement des PdQ 2025.
