Parmi eux, 33 jeunes talents de la rel\u00e8ve issus de la branche de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie; de quoi \u00eatre tous tr\u00e8s impatients\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est la grande finale et la vitrine par excellence du syst\u00e8me suisse de formation professionnelle\u2009: du 17 au 21\u202fseptembre, les championnats des m\u00e9tiers centralis\u00e9s SwissSkills se d\u00e9rouleront sur le site de Bernexpo (BE). Un \u00e9v\u00e9nement majeur et passionnant qui restera grav\u00e9 dans la m\u00e9moire des concurrents et des visiteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-competitions\">Les comp\u00e9titions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La commission des concours de la BCS a s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 les meilleurs candidats des qualifications 2024 et 2025 pour les SwissSkills 2025. Douze talents de la rel\u00e8ve dans les domaines de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie et de la p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie ainsi que neuf dans celui du commerce de d\u00e9tail s\u2019affronteront lors d\u2019une comp\u00e9tition amicale. Les visiteurs peuvent se r\u00e9jouir\u2009: du mercredi au vendredi, trois concurrents de chaque cat\u00e9gorie participeront au programme de la comp\u00e9tition. Le samedi, outre le dernier tour de production, aura lieu la finale dans le domaine du commerce de d\u00e9tail. Le th\u00e8me de vacances voyage promet une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de pi\u00e8ces cr\u00e9atives, d\u2019excellents pralin\u00e9s et des tables d\u2019exposition attrayantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-arene-de-competition-de-la-bcs\">L\u2019ar\u00e8ne de comp\u00e9tition de la BCS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rahel Weber, comp\u00e9titrice professionnelle (m\u00e9daille d\u2019or SwissSkills 2018, dipl\u00f4me WorldSkills 2019, experte SwissSkills 2022) et S\u00e9bastien Knecht, de l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont Romandie, animeront les \u00e9v\u00e9nements dans l\u2019ar\u00e8ne de comp\u00e9tition de la BCS. Le duo de pr\u00e9sentateurs se fera \u00e9galement un plaisir de r\u00e9pondre aux questions du public sur les comp\u00e9titions ou les diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9tiers. Des apprentis de la branche seront \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sents pour r\u00e9pondre aux questions sur les m\u00e9tiers d\u2019apprenti boulanger-p\u00e2tissier-confiseur et de gestionnaire du commerce de d\u00e9tail en boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-premiere-de-skillscity\">La premi\u00e8re de SkillsCity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019univers professionnel virtuel <a href=\"http:\/\/skillscity.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SkillsCity<\/a> nouvellement cr\u00e9\u00e9, ou plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment nouvellement programm\u00e9, sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois sur place. Les visiteurs, et en particulier les jeunes explorateurs, sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir les activit\u00e9s de la branche de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie sous forme num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-ceremonie-de-remise-des-prix\">La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des prix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des prix, qui se tiendra samedi \u00e0 19\u2009h\u200930 \u00e0 la Postfinance Arena, marquera le point d\u2019orgue de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. C\u2019est \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 que les podiums et les champions SwissSkills 2025 seront annonc\u00e9s. La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de cl\u00f4ture est principalement r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux participants et \u00e0 leurs accompagnateurs, et un billet s\u00e9par\u00e9 est n\u00e9cessaire pour y assister. Mais, comme c\u2019est l\u2019usage dans la ligue professionnelle, le spectacle sera retransmis en direct sur swissbaker.ch\u2009; cela vaut la peine de se connecter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-family-day\">Le Family Day<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l\u2019effervescence des championnats des m\u00e9tiers est trop intense pour vous, si vous souhaitez d\u00e9couvrir les stands interactifs en famille ou en apprendre davantage sur un m\u00e9tier dans un cadre plus calme, alors le dimanche est fait pour vous. Lors du Family Day, les concurrents, les organisateurs et les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles se tiennent \u00e0 l\u2019enti\u00e8re disposition des visiteurs. Les curieux pourront assister \u00e0 des d\u00e9monstrations en direct par les championnes professionnelles Nadia Koller et Vera Stocker (m\u00e9daill\u00e9es d\u2019or aux SwissSkills 2022, dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es aux WorldSkills 2024, expertes SwissSkills 2025) ainsi que par l\u2019ambassadeur du secteur Andr\u00e9 L\u00fcthi (Globetrotter Group AG) lors d\u2019un concours de tressage.
