Dans cet entretien, il r\u00e9pond aux critiques fr\u00e9quemment \u00e9mises et suscite l\u2019envie de d\u00e9couvrir les SwissSkills 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Daniel, tu es un habitu\u00e9 de l\u2019organisation des SwissSkills, y compris des \u00e9ditions centralis\u00e9es telles que celle de cette ann\u00e9e. Quelles t\u00e2ches continuent de s\u2019av\u00e9rer difficiles?<\/strong><br>Daniel Nyfeler: Depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, il est difficile de trouver des apprentis pour fournir des informations sur le stand et nous aider, par exemple, dans les travaux de nettoyage. C\u2019est pourtant une occasion unique de participer aux SwissSkills centralis\u00e9s en tant que b\u00e9n\u00e9vole\u2026<br>Je suis donc quelque peu d\u00e9\u00e7u. Je suis heureux de leur mettre cette sc\u00e8ne \u00e0 disposition. C\u2019est ma plus grande satisfaction dans le cadre d\u2019un tel concours. Cela permet \u00e9galement d\u2019offrir une belle vitrine \u00e0 nos m\u00e9tiers et de les c\u00e9l\u00e9brer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pourquoi faut-il aller voir les SwissSkills \u00e0 Berne?<br><\/strong>C\u2019est tout simplement \u00e9norme: plus de 90 concours et 150 m\u00e9tiers, c\u2019est int\u00e9ressant pour tout le monde. Chaque ann\u00e9e, je d\u00e9couvre moi-m\u00eame de nouveaux m\u00e9tiers dont j\u2019ignorais l\u2019existence. Lorsque j\u2019ai une demi-heure pour me promener dans le salon, je suis impressionn\u00e9 par l\u2019engagement total de ces jeunes gens, dont ceux de notre secteur: les gestionnaires du commerce de d\u00e9tail, les boulangers-confiseurs et les boulang\u00e8res-confiseuses font preuve d\u2019un savoir-faire artistique du plus haut niveau. A ne manquer sous aucun pr\u00e9texte!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On reproche souvent aux championnats des m\u00e9tiers d\u2019\u00eatre purement spectaculaires et donc \u00e9loign\u00e9s de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Que penses-tu de cette affirmation?<\/strong><br>Une comp\u00e9tition est toujours un peu spectaculaire, et je dois reconna\u00eetre que les critiques ont raison sur ce point. Il est \u00e9vident qu\u2019un g\u00e2teau \u00e0 sept composants ne se vend pas partout. Nous voulons montrer quelque chose de haut niveau et utiliser la sc\u00e8ne pour mettre en valeur nos m\u00e9tiers. Les championnats des m\u00e9tiers ne sont toutefois pas d\u00e9connect\u00e9s de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Les m\u00eames conditions s\u2019appliquent \u00e0 tous les participants, et nous faisons ce que nous savons vraiment faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quels conseils donnerais-tu \u00e0 nos\u202f33 concurrents?<br><\/strong>Je leur ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 donn\u00e9 ces conseils lors des journ\u00e9es d\u2019information: il y aura beaucoup de bruit dans la salle, nous attendons en effet 65\u2009000 \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui ne sont pas toujours silencieux. Prot\u00e9gez-vous un peu du bruit et concentrez-vous sur vos t\u00e2ches. C\u2019est le plus grand d\u00e9fi, qui n\u2019existe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas dans notre environnement de travail. Et ne vous laissez pas abattre par les erreurs, tout le monde peut avoir de la malchance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les m\u00e9tiers du secteur peuvent d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre d\u00e9couverts num\u00e9riquement sur le stand. Que penses-tu de SkillsCity?<\/strong><br>Je trouve SkillsCity g\u00e9nial: il s\u2019adresse aux bonnes personnes. Mon fils, par exemple, est meilleur que moi \u00e0 ce jeu, car il est plus \u00e0 l\u2019aise dans le monde num\u00e9rique. C\u2019est formidable qu\u2019un outil ait \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour permettre aux adolescents et aux adolescentes de d\u00e9couvrir nos merveilleux m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u2019aimerais-tu tu encore dire \u00e0 nos lecteurs\u2009?<br><\/strong>J\u2019invite tout le monde \u00e0 venir jeter un \u0153il, en particulier les personnes critiques.
