Ses \u00ab\u2009perle di pane\u2009\u00bb (perles de pain) fabriqu\u00e9es avec passion sont livr\u00e9es \u00e0 des restaurants et h\u00f4tels haut de gamme.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2017, Andrea Priori a repris une boulangerie ferm\u00e9e depuis plusieurs mois dans le quartier Molino Nuovo de Lugano et l\u2019a baptis\u00e9e Pane Amico (pain de l\u2019amiti\u00e9). Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa volont\u00e9 et \u00e0 de nombreux sacrifices, elle a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper progressivement son activit\u00e9. Aujourd\u2019hui, elle emploie quatre personnes. Son envie de cr\u00e9er quelque chose de nouveau et d\u2019unique lui a donn\u00e9 la force de pers\u00e9v\u00e9rer. Avec succ\u00e8s\u2009: le 17\u202fmai, elle a re\u00e7u \u00e0 Lugano le titre de \u00ab\u2009Cavaliere del Buon Pane\u2009\u00bb d\u00e9cern\u00e9 par la confr\u00e9rie tessinoise. Elle est la deuxi\u00e8me femme \u00e0 recevoir cet honneur au Tessin apr\u00e8s 41 ans. Myriam Beld\u00ec, de Berzona, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 \u00eatre r\u00e9compens\u00e9e en 1984.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"620\" height=\"712\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/16_1_andrea_priori_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-124664\" style=\"width:462px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Andrea Priori est la 2e femme \u00e0 porter les couleurs des chevaliers tessinois.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Au d\u00e9but, il \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s difficile de trouver une client\u00e8le. J\u2019ai surtout pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des \u00e9chantillons de produits dans des restaurants et des h\u00f4tels haut de gamme.\u2009\u00bb Les \u00ab\u2009perle di pane\u2009\u00bb, sa grande fiert\u00e9, p\u00e8sent environ 20 grammes et \u00ab\u2009enrichissent la table tant sur le plan visuel que gustatif, jouant ainsi un r\u00f4le important en termes d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9gance. Les ingr\u00e9dients s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s et le soin apport\u00e9 \u00e0 la fabrication en font un produit particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9\u2009\u00bb, explique Andrea Priori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette autodidacte s\u00e9duit par ses comp\u00e9tences artisanales.
