Elle en a fait l&#8217;excellente exp\u00e9rience.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans nos commerces, au c\u0153ur de nos \u00e9quipes, se jouent et se cr\u00e9ent des histoires humaines, profondes, parfois invisibles. Il y a bien s\u00fbr les gestes du m\u00e9tier, les produits \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner, \u00e0 cuire, \u00e0 valoriser, \u00e0 vendre. Il y a les clients \u00e0 accueillir, les horaires \u00e0 tenir, les urgences du quotidien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et au milieu de tout \u00e7a, il y a nos jeunes en formation. Certains arrivent plein d\u2019envie, et de r\u00eaves, d\u2019autres arrivent avec des appr\u00e9hensions, des doutes. D\u2019autres avancent avec aisance et fluidit\u00e9. Ces jeunes, trop souvent mis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cart, car ils ne rentrent pas dans le moule, n\u2019ont pas les bons profils, jug\u00e9s trop r\u00e9serv\u00e9s, trop timides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-doute-de-soi-obstacles-efforts\">Doute de soi, obstacles, efforts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce discours-l\u00e0, je l\u2019ai entendu. Et je m\u2019en suis nourrie pour prouver le contraire. J\u2019ai aussi pu le prouver gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 mon apprentie Tanya, que j\u2019ai accompagn\u00e9e durant ses 3 ans de formation. Une jeune femme atteinte de dyslexie et de dyscalculie, \u00e0 qui l\u2019on a essay\u00e9 de faire croire qu\u2019elle n\u2019\u00e9tait pas faite pour ce m\u00e9tier. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces trois ans ont \u00e9t\u00e9 un vrai d\u00e9fi, plein de challenge, de remises en question, d\u2019efforts constants, d\u2019astuces \u00e0 trouver pour contourner les blocages. Il a fallu de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et un zeste de patience. Mais ces trois ann\u00e9es ont surtout \u00e9t\u00e9 profond\u00e9ment enrichissantes humainement et professionnellement. Nous n\u2019avons jamais l\u00e2ch\u00e9! Durant cette formation, ce que je retiens c\u2019est d\u2019avoir eu la chance de voir Tanya Allaman \u00e9voluer, grandir, sourire et reprendre confiance en elle. Et finalement, ce sont l\u2019\u00e9motion, la fiert\u00e9 et le sentiment d\u2019une belle revanche: elle a r\u00e9ussi son CFC!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-temoignage\">T\u00e9moignage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette exp\u00e9rience m\u2019a fait comprendre pourquoi je m\u2019engage et pourquoi j\u2019ai envie de me battre pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 des chances. Ci-dessous le t\u00e9moignage de mon apprentie, Tanya Allaman:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:32% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"390\" height=\"466\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/15_2_tanja_allaman.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-124106 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><em>\u00abEn ao\u00fbt 2021, j\u2019ai entam\u00e9 une premi\u00e8re formation avec beaucoup d\u2019espoir. Mais tr\u00e8s vite, les difficult\u00e9s se sont accumul\u00e9es. On ne m\u2019a pas laiss\u00e9 de chance. Avec ma dyslexie et ma dyscalculie, chaque objectif demandait plus d\u2019efforts, de temps et de compr\u00e9hension. Malheureusement, je n\u2019ai pas trouv\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9coute ni le soutien dont j\u2019avais besoin. L\u2019\u00e9chec a \u00e9t\u00e9 un coup dur, une blessure profonde, comme si mes efforts ne comptaient pas. Mais au fond de moi, je savais que je valais mieux que cet \u00e9chec, alors je n\u2019ai pas abandonn\u00e9.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><em>J\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de recommencer, de me donner une nouvelle chance. J\u2019ai int\u00e9gr\u00e9 une deuxi\u00e8me formation, avec la peur bien s\u00fbr, de tomber \u00e0 nouveau. Trois ans d\u2019acharnement, de remises en question, de travail intense\u2026 parfois de larmes, mais aussi de petites victoires. Et cette fois-ci, tout a \u00e9t\u00e9 diff\u00e9rent. J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 entour\u00e9e, comprise, encourag\u00e9e. Ce fut une exp\u00e9rience juste incroyable. Chaque difficult\u00e9 rencontr\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 vue non pas comme une faiblesse mais comme un d\u00e9fi \u00e0 relever ensemble. Et je suis all\u00e9e jusqu\u2019au bout, j\u2019ai obtenu mon CFC&nbsp;! Ce ne fut pas facile, mais c\u2019\u00e9tait juste. Et aujourd\u2019hui, je suis fi\u00e8re du chemin parcouru, fi\u00e8re de n\u2019avoir jamais renonc\u00e9.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Tanya Allaman<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-former-un-acte-de-transmission\">Former, un acte de transmission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai envie de le dire haut et fort: former est un acte de transmission mais aussi de responsabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant qu\u2019\u00eatre humain, nous avons le pouvoir de changer des trajectoires, d\u2019ouvrir des portes, de transformer un destin. Mais malheureusement, nous avons aussi le pouvoir de juger, de classer, d\u2019exclure. Il est donc temps de choisir quel pouvoir l\u2019on veut incarner en tant qu\u2019entreprise formatrice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Donner une chance ne suffit pas, il faut la cr\u00e9er. Former, c\u2019est ouvrir une porte au lieu de la fermer, c\u2019est se rendre disponible, s\u2019ajuster, apprendre \u00e0 enseigner autrement. C\u2019est prendre le pari de l\u2019humain, m\u00eame quand ce pari semble risqu\u00e9. Osons faire ce pas, osons sortir des sentiers battus!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A toutes les formatrices et formateurs, je lance cet appel: ouvrez vos portes, ouvrez vos c\u0153urs, ouvrez vos m\u00e9thodes, montrez votre passion. Offrons \u00e0 chaque jeune une chance r\u00e9elle de r\u00e9ussir un jour son CFC ou son AFP. Car derri\u00e8re chaque trouble se cache une richesse, et derri\u00e8re chaque r\u00e9ussite, une histoire de courage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-avoir-du-courage\">Avoir du courage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, ce n\u2019est pas de donner la m\u00eame chose \u00e0 tout le monde, c\u2019est de donner \u00e0 chacun ce dont il a besoin pour pouvoir avancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9, ce n\u2019est pas faire semblant de traiter tout le monde de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. C\u2019est avoir le courage d\u2019aller chercher chacun l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il est, pour l\u2019amener l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il peut aller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce combat, je le m\u00e8ne chaque jour, chaque fois que j\u2019entends un apprenti se plaindre de sa formation, ne se sentant pas assez suivi, souvent seul, ou mis de c\u00f4t\u00e9 car on ne lui laisse pas la chance de pouvoir \u00eatre form\u00e9 correctement, avec respect et bienveillance, mais sans oublier l\u2019exigence. Alors oui, je vais continuer \u00e0 me battre car je veux que notre profession s\u2019engage davantage. Qu\u2019on devienne des moteurs du changement, parce que ce combat, il est juste, et parce qu\u2019il commence ici, chez nous dans nos boulangeries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>\u00abLa r\u00e9ussite, ce n\u2019est pas de ne jamais tomber.
