Dans ce num\u00e9ro, deux professionnelles jeunes et exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es donnent de pr\u00e9cieux conseils aux formateurs et apprentis.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelques ann\u00e9es seulement se sont \u00e9coul\u00e9es depuis qu\u2019Antonia Eichenberger a termin\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s son apprentissage de gestionnaire du commerce de d\u00e9tail en 2018, et qu\u2019Uthaya Gerber-Umaparan a achev\u00e9 celui de p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse en 2014. Elles ont pris le temps de donner \u00e0 Panissimo des conseils pour bien d\u00e9marrer l\u2019apprentissage et pour instaurer une collaboration interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle valorisante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pour-les-apprentis-calme-et-reflexion\">Pour les apprentis: calme et r\u00e9flexion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abTout est nouveau\u2009; donne-toi du temps! Mais note bien les processus et les conseils, cela t\u2019aidera \u00e0 t\u2019int\u00e9grer\u00bb, conseille Uthaya Gerber. Elle y voit un enrichissement pour la branche. \u00ab\u2009Les apprentis r\u00e9apprennent \u00e0 conseiller \u00abcorrectement\u00bb, en mettant l\u2019accent sur la client\u00e8le.
