Le stand de l\u2019association argovienne des boulangers-confiseurs (ABCV), qui se pr\u00e9sentera comme un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9cor de cin\u00e9ma, pr\u00e9voit de solliciter tant la vue que l\u2019odorat des visiteurs. \u00abNotre bateau pirate sentira bon la tresse et d\u2019autres d\u00e9lices\u00bb, confie Dominik Frei, propri\u00e9taire de Frei AG et pr\u00e9sident cantonal de l\u2019ABCV. \u00abNotre m\u00e9tier n\u2019a rien de poussi\u00e9reux et c\u2019est ce que nous voulons montrer au salon des m\u00e9tiers: nous sommes pr\u00eats \u00e0 faire quelques efforts pour mettre de l\u2019ambiance\u00bb, explique M. Il peut \u00eatre lou\u00e9 par toutes les associations cantonales de la BCS.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-de-jeunes-apprentis-presents-sur-le-stand\">De jeunes apprentis pr\u00e9sents sur le stand<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelque 70 exposants seront pr\u00e9sents, et 160 m\u00e9tiers pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s. Ce n\u2019est pas un hasard si le stand de la branche de la boulangerie-confiserie suscite toujours autant d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat. \u00abLa promotion de la rel\u00e8ve dans le canton d\u2019Argovie est un pilier important de l\u2019association\u2009\u00bb, explique Dominik Frei. \u00abLe comit\u00e9 fait un excellent travail: les membres exercent une influence directe, nous int\u00e9grons les jeunes formateurs et nous travaillons en r\u00e9seau avec l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle.\u00bb Ainsi, tout le monde tire dans le m\u00eame sens et veille \u00e0 maintenir le cap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/15_1_berufsschau_aargau_lernender-1024x608.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-123957\" srcset=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/15_1_berufsschau_aargau_lernender-1024x608.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/15_1_berufsschau_aargau_lernender-768x456.jpg 768w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/15_1_berufsschau_aargau_lernender.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Pour une pr\u00e9sence r\u00e9ussie au salon, il est important que les apprentis des entreprises soient sur le stand.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment extr\u00eamement important\u2009: \u00abQue les jeunes eux-m\u00eames, y compris les apprentis de nos entreprises, soient pr\u00e9sents sur le stand.\u00bb Cela permet toujours d\u2019avoir des discussions importantes et franches entre les \u00e9l\u00e8ves du secondaire et les apprentis. Les m\u00e9tiers sont promus via les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, une photobox attrayante, des sites web, des vid\u00e9os, mais aussi, comme autrefois, \u00e0 l\u2019aide de brochures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-eveiller-la-passion-chez-les-jeunes\">\u00c9veiller la passion chez les jeunes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gregor Maier (B\u00e4ckerei Maier, Laufenburg) et J\u00fcrg Kaufmann (Chocolats Kaufmann, Buchs), deux des six membres du comit\u00e9 de l\u2019ABCV, nous parlent de leur travail avec la rel\u00e8ve. L\u2019entreprise de J\u00fcrg Kaufmann est petite mais remarquable; lui-m\u00eame responsable des apprentis, il aime \u00e0 dire: \u00abC\u2019est merveilleux d\u2019\u00e9veiller la passion pour notre branche chez les jeunes, de les accompagner et de les voir grandir. Nos m\u00e9tiers sont vari\u00e9s et cr\u00e9atifs. Il existe de nombreuses m\u00e9thodes de fabrication traditionnelles et modernes qui doivent absolument \u00eatre pr\u00e9serv\u00e9es et red\u00e9couvertes.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme il s\u2019occupe lui-m\u00eame des apprentis, l\u2019entreprise n\u2019en accueille pas chaque ann\u00e9e. \u00abMais quand tout s\u2019y pr\u00eate, c\u2019est toujours avec grand plaisir!\u00bb Sara, qui a suivi une formation compl\u00e9mentaire de confiseuse chez Chocolats Kaufmann, est la deuxi\u00e8me meilleures du canton; il en est tr\u00e8s fier et se r\u00e9jouit qu\u2019elle reste dans l\u2019entreprise apr\u00e8s son apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/20230905_090746_resized-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-68374\" style=\"width:448px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/20230905_090746_resized-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/20230905_090746_resized-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/20230905_090746_resized.jpg 1512w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Il n&#8217;est pas n\u00e9cessaire d&#8217;utiliser de la p\u00e2te pour s&#8217;entra\u00eener \u00e0 tresser<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Il ne sait pas si le canton d\u2019Argovie fait quelque chose de diff\u00e9rent des autres cantons en mati\u00e8re de recrutement et\u2009\/\u2009ou de formation. \u00abNous essayons simplement d\u2019attirer les jeunes avec enthousiasme et de nouvelles id\u00e9es.\u00bb Le d\u00e9fi consiste \u00e0 donner une image honn\u00eate des m\u00e9tiers, sachant qu\u2019il y a d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 de plus en plus de grandes entreprises, et de l\u2019autre des entreprises plut\u00f4t petites. \u00ab\u2009Les t\u00e2ches varient consid\u00e9rablement, surtout en termes de quantit\u00e9, ce qui modifie \u00e9galement les m\u00e9thodes de fabrication\u2009\u00bb, confie J\u00fcrg Kaufmann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dans-l-adn-du-canton-d-argovie\">Dans l\u2019ADN du canton d\u2019Argovie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Entreprise familiale depuis cinq g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, la boulangerie Maier de Laufenburg compte plusieurs sites et emploie au total 220 personnes. Gregor Maier ne laisse rien au hasard en mati\u00e8re de recrutement de nouveaux apprentis. \u00abComme nous n\u2019avions pas re\u00e7u beaucoup de demandes de stage ou d\u2019apprentissage pour 2024, nous avons ouvert notre boulangerie deux samedis aux enfants et \u00e0 leurs parents.\u00bb L\u2019initiative a rencontr\u00e9 un vif succ\u00e8s: une vingtaine de stages ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9s rien qu\u2019au premier semestre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Son entreprise est beaucoup plus grande que celle de J\u00fcrg Kaufmann. Pour des raisons structurelles, il ne s\u2019occupe pas lui-m\u00eame des apprentis, mais dispose de personnel comp\u00e9tent dans chaque d\u00e9partement. Regula Gerber est responsable de la formation pour l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEn ce moment, nous essayons aussi de transmettre l\u2019esprit du m\u00e9tier \u00e0 nos propres enfants.\u00bb Avec eux, il a notamment cr\u00e9\u00e9 quelque chose de personnel ou tourn\u00e9 un film publicitaire. \u00abJe vois \u00e9galement un grand potentiel pour notre artisanat \u00e0 l\u2019avenir\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Gregor Maier. \u00abDans le canton d\u2019Argovie, nous avons par ailleurs la chance de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier depuis des ann\u00e9es d\u2019excellents formateurs.
