C\u2019est un produit si simple que nous le consid\u00e9rons parfois comme acquis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai beaucoup de souvenirs li\u00e9s au pain, datant notamment de mon enfance. J\u2019aime me rem\u00e9morer la boulangerie sur le chemin de l\u2019\u00e9cole, les matins d\u2019hiver sombres, lorsque la neige accumul\u00e9e sur le trottoir d\u00e9passait la hauteur de mon regard d\u2019enfant. Tout \u00e9tait doux, blanc et froid surtout. Ces matins-l\u00e0, les deux seules sources de chaleur \u00e9taient la main de ma m\u00e8re qui tenait la mienne, enfouie dans la poche de son manteau, et la lumi\u00e8re de l\u2019enseigne de la boulangerie. M\u00eame s\u2019il \u00e9tait encore tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t, les marches menant \u00e0 la boulangerie \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9gag\u00e9es de la neige. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 peine avions-nous franchi la porte de la boulangerie que le ding-dong de la cloche annon\u00e7ait le d\u00e9but d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience que l\u2019on qualifierait aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019immersive. En entrant dans la boulangerie, on \u00e9tait compl\u00e8tement envelopp\u00e9 et captiv\u00e9 par l\u2019odeur enivrante du pain encore chaud\u2009; et la sensation d\u2019apr\u00e8s \u00e9tait un enchantement pour les yeux et l\u2019imagination des adultes comme des enfants. En effet, derri\u00e8re le comptoir, l\u2019\u00e9tag\u00e8re \u00e0 pain \u00e9tait un v\u00e9ritable puzzle grandeur nature, o\u00f9 l\u2019on pouvait s\u2019amuser \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir toutes sortes de produits de boulangerie\u2009: croissants, ballons, tresses au beurre, pains rustiques, petits pains au lait, miches de pain longues et courtes, baguettes rondes, grandes et petites (pagnottes)\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus de quarante ans ont pass\u00e9 depuis ces souvenirs, et dans le silence de la nuit, la magie boulang\u00e8re continue d\u2019op\u00e9rer \u00e0 son rythme pour offrir chaque jour, sans jamais le consid\u00e9rer comme acquis, le doux parfum de la maison, de la famille et de la tradition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><br><em>Maria Grazia Carbone<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Directrice de Ticinowine, Maria Grazia Carbone est responsable de la promotion des vins et du Tessin.
