Buet, avant d&#8217;ajouter en souriant: \u00abIl sera encore \u00e0 notre service jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 la fin de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e!\u00bb Visiblement \u00e9mu, Yves Girard a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&#8217;il ne souhaitait pas faire d\u2019adieux, sa devise \u00e9tant \u00abservir et dispara\u00eetre\u00bb. \u00abEt maintenant, je suis encore en fonction.\u00bb Il a remerci\u00e9 la branche de la boulangerie-confiserie pour ces 40&nbsp;ann\u00e9es qui sont pass\u00e9es beaucoup trop vite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le secr\u00e9taire sortant a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 sa succession, ne laissant rien au hasard. Justine Froidevaux a ainsi pris la rel\u00e8ve depuis quelque temps d\u00e9j\u00e0. Le secr\u00e9tariat sera assur\u00e9 par la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des m\u00e9tiers de l&#8217;accueil et du go\u00fbt (FMAG), qui r\u00e9unit les organisations patronales et professionnelles&nbsp;des m\u00e9tiers de bouche, de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie et de la gastronomie, dont fait \u00e9galement partie le secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie. Son directeur, Roman Helfer, a expliqu\u00e9 pourquoi la cr\u00e9ation de la FMAG avait \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire et a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ses quatre piliers principaux: les services, la formation, l&#8217;\u00e9conomie et la politique. Il a conclu en ajoutant avec un clin d&#8217;\u0153il qu&#8217;il fallait maintenant trouver un rempla\u00e7ant \u00e0 Yves Girard. Outre le directeur, toute une \u00e9quipe sera \u00e0 pied d&#8217;\u0153uvre: Barbara Bandido, Amandine Barbey et Valentino Pavic, Justine Froidevaux \u00e9tant \u00e9galement de la partie. M. La semaine derni\u00e8re, le Conseil national s&#8217;est prononc\u00e9 en faveur de la primaut\u00e9 des salaires minimaux convenus par les partenaires sociaux sur ceux fix\u00e9s par les cantons. Laurent Buet a rappel\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rents compl\u00e9ments dont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient les travailleurs de notre branche, comme la majoration pour le travail de nuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vaud-certifie-d-ici\">\u00abVaud certifi\u00e9 d\u2019ici\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de l&#8217;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, le pr\u00e9sident cantonal a fait la promotion du nouveau label <a href=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/vaud-lance-les-boulangeries-vertes\/\">\u00abVaud certifi\u00e9 d\u2019ici\u00bb<\/a>, lanc\u00e9 la semaine derni\u00e8re lors d&#8217;une conf\u00e9rence de presse en collaboration avec l\u2019association Vaud Promotion. L&#8217;objectif est de valoriser le pain issu de fili\u00e8res courtes et de production locale, ainsi que de promouvoir la cr\u00e9ation de valeur ajout\u00e9e. Une vid\u00e9o promotionnelle sera publi\u00e9e la semaine prochaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-collaboration-avec-agroscope\">Collaboration avec Agroscope<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis 2024, l&#8217;association cantonale collabore avec Agroscope pour remettre en semence des graines purement vaudoises. L&#8217;objectif est, selon Laurent Buet, de pouvoir produire de la farine panifiable issue d\u2019anciens bl\u00e9s vaudois. Le pr\u00e9sident cantonal a \u00e9galement \u00e9voqu\u00e9 les travaux li\u00e9s au projet de l\u2019Espace du bl\u00e9 et du pain \u00e0 Echallens. \u00abUne aventure captivante\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Buet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nouveaux-membres-d-honneur\">Nouveaux membres d&#8217;honneur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De nouveaux membres d&#8217;honneur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9s lors de l&#8217;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale: Steven et Elisabeth Rougement de Nyon, ainsi que Pascal Favre du Groupe Minoteries SA (GMSA), qui part \u00e0 la retraite. Christophe Ackermann (Grandson), qui a remport\u00e9 la couronne boulang\u00e8re lors du congr\u00e8s de la BCS la semaine derni\u00e8re, a \u00e9galement re\u00e7u un tonnerre d&#8217;applaudissements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-assemblee-generale-en-deux-parties\">Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale en deux parties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, l&#8217;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale s&#8217;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en deux parties: la partie officielle et statutaire, r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s et d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9es, a eu lieu \u00e0 une date ant\u00e9rieure. La partie conviviale a suivi le 23 juin. Wellauer a remerci\u00e9 Yves Girard pour sa collaboration toujours agr\u00e9able et constructive, et lui a offert un pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices du canton de Berne en guise de petit cadeau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident de l&#8217;association romande, G\u00e9rard Fornerod, lui-m\u00eame membre de l&#8217;ABPCV, a \u00e9galement salu\u00e9 la solide administration de l&#8217;association cantonale vaudoise et a \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9 les prestations fournies par la Romande, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9organis\u00e9e l&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. A l&#8217;issue de son discours, Laurent Buet a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 ce qui suit: \u00abLa Romande va dans la bonne direction.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>St\u00e9phane Montagero, premier vice-pr\u00e9sident du Grand Conseil vaudois, a quant \u00e0 lui exprim\u00e9 son amour pour les produits de notre branche, dans son discours. Dans le contexte de l\u2019importation de pain et de produits de boulangerie fine, ainsi que du nouveau label vaudois, Pascal Hottinger, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019agriculture, de la viticulture et des affaires v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires, a pour sa part soulign\u00e9 que le canton de Vaud \u00e9tait le grenier de la Suisse et qu&#8217;il fallait
