Ce qui sonne comme une lointaine comp\u00e9tition pour beaucoup \u00e9tait le quotidien de ces deux jeunes professionnelles \u2013 qui ont mis beaucoup de sueur, d\u2019endurance et d\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe dans leur pr\u00e9paration. Nadia Koller d\u00e9crit sa participation aux WorldSkills comme \u00ab intense, mais aussi incroyablement belle \u00bb. Le premier jour a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement impressionnant &#8211; lorsque les mois de pr\u00e9paration sont devenus r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les deux, la participation a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par des pics d\u2019\u00e9motion, mais aussi par des moments qui les ont pouss\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs limites. \u00ab Ma pi\u00e8ce d\u2019exposition s\u2019est cass\u00e9e trois fois \u00bb raconte Nadia Koller. \u00ab J\u2019\u00e9tais assez effondr\u00e9e mentalement \u00bb. Mais elle a su se reprendre et le deuxi\u00e8me jour, tout s\u2019est mieux pass\u00e9. Pour Vera Stocker, c\u2019est la patience qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve : \u00ab J\u2019ai d\u00fb attendre deux jours avant m\u00eame de pouvoir concourir, c\u2019\u00e9tait presque le plus dur. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 tout, le positif a fini par l\u2019emporter. Elle a pu profiter d\u2019entra\u00eenements avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe SwissSkills, d\u2019excursions communes, et du soutien de nombreuses personnes. \u00abJ\u2019avais m\u00eame ma propre friteuse &#8211; ils m\u2019ont procur\u00e9 tout ce dont j\u2019avais besoin\u00bb, raconte Vera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Merci \u00e0 tout un r\u00e9seau<\/strong><br>Toutes deux ont soulign\u00e9 l&#8217;importance de l&#8217;ensemble des personnes qui ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 leur performance. Nadia Koller a mentionn\u00e9 sa coach Vanessa Schnyder de la confiserie Roggwiller \u00e0 Saint-Gall et de nombreux autres soutiens. Vera Stocker ajoute : \u00ab Mes coll\u00e8gues, ma famille, mes amis, ma coach Ramona Bolliger &#8211; sans eux, rien n\u2019aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 possible. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Retour \u00e0 la vie professionnelle &#8211; mais avec de nouvelles perspectives<\/strong><br>Aujourd\u2019hui, Vera Stocker travaille \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle Richemont \u00e0 Lucerne. Nadia Koller est de retour dans son entreprise formatrice, la boulangerie Drei K\u00f6nige d\u2019Appenzell (AI), o\u00f9 elle travaille \u00e0 nouveau t\u00f4t le matin dans le fournil et teste de nouvelles recettes de pralin\u00e9s \u00e0 la maison. \u00ab Je suis du matin. Ainsi, l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, j\u2019ai encore le temps de faire autre chose \u00bb, dit-elle en souriant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et o\u00f9 se voient-elles dans cinq \u00e0 dix ans? \u00abJe n\u2019ai pas de projets pr\u00e9cis pour l\u2019instant\u00bb, r\u00e9pond Nadia Koller. \u00ab Mais j\u2019aimerais continuer \u00e0 travailler avec mes pralin\u00e9s, acqu\u00e9rir de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle &#8211; et qui sait peut-\u00eatre un jour accompagner des apprenants \u00bb. Vera Stocker ajoute : \u00ab Examen professionnel, peut-\u00eatre former moi-m\u00eame. Qui sait, en dix ans, il peut se passer beaucoup de choses. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un appel au secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie<\/strong><br>Pour finir, Vera Koller s\u2019est adress\u00e9e au public du congr\u00e8s : \u00ab Je l\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 dit l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re: nous souhaitons moins de diff\u00e9rences entre les boulangers\/\u00e8res et les confiseurs\/euses &#8211; et plus de collaboration. \u00bb Des applaudissements \u00e9clatent. Nadia Koller poursuit : \u00ab Et qu\u2019on n\u2019oublie pas la rel\u00e8ve. On a besoin de nous &#8211; m\u00eame si on doit se lever t\u00f4t. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une r\u00e9compense pour \u00e9largir les horizons<\/strong><br>En signe de reconnaissance, elles ont toutes deux re\u00e7u un bon de voyage Globetrotter d\u2019une valeur de 500 francs.
