Malgr\u00e9 un succ\u00e8s international, son attachement \u00e0 l\u2019artisanat est rest\u00e9 intact. Visiblement \u00e9mu, il s\u2019est exprim\u00e9 lors du congr\u00e8s : \u00ab J\u2019aime toujours autant ce m\u00e9tier. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant son ann\u00e9e en tant qu\u2019ambassadeur, Andr\u00e9 L\u00fcthi a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019ouvrir une boulangerie pour financer un projet d\u2019aide aux enfants du N\u00e9pal. L\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des recettes de la vente de sa biographie \u00ab Karma \u00bb, \u00e9crite par Frank Baumann, est directement revers\u00e9e \u00e0 Katmandou \u2013 afin de soutenir 250 enfants des rues. Andr\u00e9 L\u00fcthi a expliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 quoi sert l\u2019argent des dons &#8211; parmi de nombreux autres projets : deux anciens enfants des rues ont entre-temps termin\u00e9 leurs \u00e9tudes de m\u00e9decine et ouvert leur propre hospice \u00e0 Katmandou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Engagement politique pour la branche de la boulangerie-confiserie<\/strong><br>En plein milieu de la session d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 en cours, le conseiller national Lorenz Hess est venu directement au congr\u00e8s &#8211; en costume au lieu de la blouse de boulanger. En tant qu\u2019Ambassadeur du pain et du chocolat en exercice, il d\u00e9fend les int\u00e9r\u00eats des boulangers-confiseurs. La joie de retrouver d\u2019anciennes connaissances &#8211; notamment du Brotm\u00e4rit (march\u00e9 du pain) de Berne \u2013 se lisait clairement sur son visage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nouvelles de la CCT en direct de la session d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9<br><\/strong>Avec un clin d\u2019\u0153il, il a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 son engagement derri\u00e8re le comptoir de la boulangerie Reinhard \u00e0 Ostermundigen (BE) : \u00ab Quelques clientes et clients ont m\u00eame cru que j\u2019\u00e9tais le nouveau propri\u00e9taire. \u00bb La distance entre le Palais f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et le fournil peut sembler grande &#8211; mais Lorenz Hess conna\u00eet la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tier et l\u2019int\u00e8gre dans la politique. La nouvelle qu\u2019il a rapport\u00e9e fra\u00eechement du Palais f\u00e9d\u00e9ral \u00e9tait donc d\u2019autant plus importante: la d\u00e9claration de force obligatoire de la convention collective de travail a franchi une \u00e9tape d\u00e9cisive &#8211; malgr\u00e9 un d\u00e9bat houleux au Conseil national. \u00ab Beaucoup ne comprennent pas qu\u2019une CCT va bien au-del\u00e0 d\u2019une question salariale \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Lorenz Hess. Selon lui, la CCT est un soutien important, en particulier pour les petites exploitations, car elle permet de cr\u00e9er de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de la clart\u00e9 dans un environnement exigeant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un m\u00e9tier d\u2019avenir \u2013 \u00e0 condition de l\u2019aimer !<\/strong><br>Les deux ambassadeurs ont montr\u00e9 \u00e0 quel point l\u2019engagement dans la profession de boulanger confiseur peut \u00eatre vari\u00e9 et efficace, que ce soit sur le plan politique, social ou entrepreneurial. Ce qui les unit, c\u2019est la conviction: la passion est le fondement. \u00ab Si on n\u2019aime pas son m\u00e9tier, il faut faire autre chose \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Andr\u00e9 L\u00fcthi.
