{"id":122265,"date":"2025-06-25T11:10:17","date_gmt":"2025-06-25T09:10:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/?p=122265"},"modified":"2025-06-25T11:15:08","modified_gmt":"2025-06-25T09:15:08","slug":"nouvelle-strategie-pour-richemont","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/nouvelle-strategie-pour-richemont\/","title":{"rendered":"Nouvelle strat\u00e9gie pour Richemont"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Lors de la r\u00e9union du comit\u00e9 central de l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS) \u00e0 la mi-juin 2025, le conseil de fondation de l\u2019\u00e9cole Richemont a approuv\u00e9 \u00e0 une large majorit\u00e9 la nouvelle strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019\u00e9cole.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis octobre, un groupe strat\u00e9gique compos\u00e9 de neuf membres, dirig\u00e9 par le pr\u00e9sident de la BCS Silvan Hotz et avec la participation des partenaires sociaux, travaille \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une nouvelle strat\u00e9gie pour l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle. Le document comprend cinq axes prioritaires\u2009: d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une offre de formation p\u00e9renne, \u00e9tablissement d\u2019une viabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re, renforcement de la coop\u00e9ration entre les partenaires sociaux, garantie de la viabilit\u00e9 organisationnelle, poursuite de la coop\u00e9ration internationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une organisation charg\u00e9e de la mise en \u0153uvre a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e. Le groupe de pilotage est compos\u00e9 en grande partie des membres du groupe strat\u00e9gique. Le conseil de fondation a approuv\u00e9 le plan du projet. Il est pr\u00e9vu que les points soient mis en \u0153uvre progressivement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Claudia
