Les d\u00e9buts sont prometteurs, et ce n\u2019est pas un hasard\u2009\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le propri\u00e9taire de ce b\u00e2timent historique vieillissant, un client de Honold, souhaitait le r\u00e9nover. Il r\u00eavait d\u2019y installer une succursale de la confiserie Honold au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, se souvient le g\u00e9rant Fritz Wyder en y repensant: \u00abNous ne sommes certes pas en pleine expansion, mais Erlenbach (ZH) est g\u00e9ographiquement id\u00e9alement situ\u00e9 pour nous.\u00bb <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"607\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/12_2_honold_innen-1024x607.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-121165\" srcset=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/12_2_honold_innen-1024x607.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/12_2_honold_innen-768x455.jpg 768w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/12_2_honold_innen.jpg 1202w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Le concept de durabilit\u00e9 de la confiserie n\u2019est pas seulement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans l\u2019assortiment, il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en compte dans l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du caf\u00e9.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette commune ais\u00e9e situ\u00e9e au bord du lac de Zurich compte un peu plus de 5500 habitants et ne disposait depuis quelque temps plus d\u2019aucun caf\u00e9 permettant au vaste bassin de population de se retrouver. Le nouveau point de vente correspond \u00e0 la philosophie de Honold, cultiv\u00e9e depuis 120 ans: une finition raffin\u00e9e, une atmosph\u00e8re chaleureuse et authentique, ainsi qu\u2019une gamme de produits artisanaux de haute qualit\u00e9 dans un segment de prix sup\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-haute-qualite-et-longue-duree-de-vie\">Haute qualit\u00e9 et longue dur\u00e9e de vie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fritz Wyder et la propri\u00e9taire Cristina de Perregaux ont choisi un mobilier haut de gamme et durable pour le nouveau caf\u00e9. Les chaises sur lesquelles s\u2019assied la client\u00e8le ne sont pas n\u2019importe lesquelles: il s\u2019agit d\u2019un mod\u00e8le classique de Horgenglarus, issu du fonds Honold et restaur\u00e9, dans l\u2019esprit de la durabilit\u00e9 qui guide les principes de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:34% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"398\" height=\"386\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/12_2_christina_de-perregaux.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-121167 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d275cb2c392e2b842b8a7cb5a856c210\" style=\"color:#cc9933\"><br><strong><em>Cristina de Perregaux, arri\u00e8re-petite-fille du fondateur, a repris la Confiserie Honold AG en 2011 de sa tante, Lotti Honold.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cultiver-la-culture-du-cafe\">Cultiver la culture du caf\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les grandes ouvertures sont accueillantes et laissent entrer beaucoup de lumi\u00e8re dans la pi\u00e8ce. La vitrine \u00e0 g\u00e2teaux est plac\u00e9e directement devant la fen\u00eatre, un emplacement soigneusement choisi: \u00ab\u2009L\u2019id\u00e9e est de mettre la client\u00e8le en app\u00e9tit\u00bb, explique Fritz Wyder. Le mur r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9 de pralin\u00e9s est un autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment particulier.
