Avec le projet \u00ab\u2009Jung &amp; Knusprig\u2009\u00bb du caf\u00e9 Gschwend, situ\u00e9 dans la ville de Saint-Gall, la boulangerie-confiserie prouve une fois de plus son engagement en faveur de la formation professionnelle\u2009: chaque samedi, les apprentis prennent les r\u00eanes de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement situ\u00e9 entre la ville monastique et le lac de Constance. Du business plan complet \u00e0 l\u2019acquisition du mobilier, en passant par une pr\u00e9sence coh\u00e9rente sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et un programme d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements bien rempli, les 17 jeunes responsables de \u00abJung &amp; Knusprig\u00bb (en fran\u00e7ais\u2009: Jeune &amp; croustillant) se voient confier toutes les t\u00e2ches. L\u2019objectif est de montrer les changements passionnants qui s\u2019op\u00e8rent dans le secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie. Les fans de tourte aux noix des Grisons connaissent bien Meier-beck AG. Le couple de g\u00e9rants, Lucia Meier et Giancarlo Marco De Santis, propose six variantes, de la version v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne \u00e0 la bio en passant par la version sans gluten.
