L\u2019identification des dangers constitue la base des mesures pr\u00e9ventives telles que la d\u00e9finition de mesures de protection.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut conna\u00eetre les dangers pour pouvoir effectuer le travail de pr\u00e9vention. Le personnel de longue date est particuli\u00e8rement enclin \u00e0 l\u2019aveuglement par routine professionnelle. Afin de pallier cet effet et de pouvoir justifier les efforts consentis aupr\u00e8s des autorit\u00e9s d\u2019ex\u00e9cution, il est recommand\u00e9 de passer en revue chaque ann\u00e9e les listes de contr\u00f4le de la solution par branche MSST. A long terme, il doit \u00eatre possible de prouver \u00e0 l\u2019inspection du travail que les dangers pr\u00e9sents dans l\u2019entreprise sont connus et que le concept de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est am\u00e9lior\u00e9 en permanence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si des divergences sont constat\u00e9es lors de l\u2019examen des listes de contr\u00f4le, elles doivent \u00eatre corrig\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019aide de mesures de protection conformes \u00e0 la logique STOP. En raison de leur plus grande efficacit\u00e9, la substitution et les mesures techniques priment toujours sur les mesures organisationnelles et de protection personnelle. Si un danger est \u00e9limin\u00e9 par substitution, les contr\u00f4les r\u00e9guliers de l\u2019effet protecteur deviennent superflus et les formations compl\u00e9mentaires p\u00e9riodiques peuvent \u00eatre abrog\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"605\" height=\"224\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/gefahrdungsermittlung-stop-massnahmen-fr_1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-120812\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"605\" height=\"224\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/gefahrdungsermittlung-stop-massnahmen-fr_2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-120814\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-exemple-chutes-de-neige-du-toi\">Exemple chutes de neige du toi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenons l\u2019exemple d\u2019un danger li\u00e9 aux chutes de neige du toit: si le toit en pente raide de la succursale est remplac\u00e9 par un toit plat, le risque de glissement de neige est \u00e9limin\u00e9. Si des modifications du toit sont exclues pour des raisons li\u00e9es \u00e0 la protection des monuments historiques, \u00e0 la commission des sites construits, etc., il convient alors d\u2019envisager des mesures techniques; l\u2019installation de pare-neige sur le toit pouvant d\u00e9j\u00e0 limiter consid\u00e9rablement les quantit\u00e9s de neige qui glissent. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019en cas de risques r\u00e9siduels inacceptables que ceux-ci doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9duits \u00e0 un niveau admissible par des mesures organisationnelles (formation) ou de protection personnelle (port d\u2019un casque).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les substitutions ou les mesures techniques n\u00e9cessitent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un investissement important. Elles sont toutefois plus durables, car elles sont efficaces m\u00eame en cas d\u2019erreur humaine (d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e) et entra\u00eenent des co\u00fbts nettement moins \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour le contr\u00f4le r\u00e9gulier de leur efficacit\u00e9.
