Une nouvelle installation garantit efficacit\u00e9, pr\u00e9cision et des r\u00e9sultats qui convainquent le boulanger Rolf Weber.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Davos, l\u2019excellence est de mise en altitude. Cela vaut tant pour les amateurs de sports d\u2019hiver, les participants au Forum \u00e9conomique mondial (WEF) que pour la boulangerie Weber situ\u00e9e \u00e0 1560 m\u00e8tres d\u2019altitude. Elle approvisionne presque tous les h\u00f4tels 4 et 5 \u00e9toiles de Davos ainsi que le WEF, tout en garantissant une qualit\u00e9 optimale \u00e0 une client\u00e8le exigeante, en magasin comme au restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rolf Weber, boulanger passionn\u00e9 de la quatri\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et laur\u00e9at de la couronne boulang\u00e8re 2019, exige l\u2019excellence de lui-m\u00eame, de son personnel et de ses fournisseurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De d\u00e9cembre \u00e0 mars, c\u2019est la haute saison. Le fournil de 550\u202fm2 situ\u00e9 sur la Promenade \u00e0 Davos Dorf fonctionne alors en deux \u00e9quipes. Depuis 2022, la boulangerie Weber approvisionne \u00e9galement la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie Aurora \u00e0 Lenzerheide (GR), situ\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 50\u202fminutes de route, qui alimente pour sa part 35 h\u00f4tels\u2009; les livraisons repr\u00e9sentant d\u00e9sormais plus de 50\u202f% du chiffre d\u2019affaires de la boulangerie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00fcst B\u00e4ckerei- und Gastrobedarf AG et WP Bakery Technologies ont livr\u00e9, install\u00e9 et mis en service la ligne de production de petits pains Miniroll en peu de temps, \u00e0 l\u2019automne 2024.
