Avec courage, d\u00e9termination et une passion folle pour le chocolat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le caf\u00e9 nostalgique, qui abrite la seule succursale de Pralin\u00e9 Scherrer dans le quartier de l\u2019abbaye de Saint-Gall, existe depuis 150 ans. Fond\u00e9 en 1875 par Ludovico Ferrari, un chocolatier tessinois, le caf\u00e9 du m\u00eame nom a \u00e9t\u00e9 repris par la famille Scherrer en 1939. C\u2019est comme une tique, mais une tique qui vous comble sans vous saigner!\u00bb C\u2019est ainsi que Vittoria Kreis d\u00e9crit son penchant pour le chocolat. Sp\u00e9cialiste en marketing, elle a repris la maison traditionnelle Pralin\u00e9 Scherrer \u00e0 Saint-Gall en 2008.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa fille Romina Hengartner r\u00e9sume sa motivation en une seule question: \u00abQui n\u2019aime pas le chocolat?\u00bb Apr\u00e8s avoir acquis une premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience dans le secteur gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des missions ponctuelles, elle a rejoint l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 temps plein en 2015. Une r\u00e9partition claire des t\u00e2ches leur permet de s\u2019\u00e9panouir et de donner le meilleur d\u2019elles-m\u00eames. Sous la houlette de ce duo de choc, l\u2019entreprise tourne \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime et conna\u00eet une croissance constante. La production de masse n\u2019est pas pour autant \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour\u2009: \u00ab\u2009La touche artisanale est extr\u00eamement importante pour nous\u2009\u00bb, affirme Vittoria Kreis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-sens-du-marketing\">Le sens du marketing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son travail dans une maison d\u2019\u00e9dition que Vittoria Kreis a d\u00e9couvert Pralin\u00e9 Scherrer. Les propri\u00e9taires de l\u2019\u00e9poque, Bruno et Renate Scherrer, avaient publi\u00e9 une annonce dans la maison d\u2019\u00e9dition o\u00f9 travaillait la sp\u00e9cialiste. \u00abIls disaient qu\u2019ils ne voulaient pas vendre l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 la concurrence\u00bb, raconte-t-elle. \u00abJe me suis donc dit que je savais vendre et commercialiser, et que j\u2019embaucherais quelqu\u2019un pour la production.\u00bb fille d\u2019artisans, Vittoria Kreis s\u2019est tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t int\u00e9ress\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de devenir ind\u00e9pendante. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abJ\u2019ai toujours voulu cr\u00e9er quelque chose de beau et de cr\u00e9atif\u00bb, confie-t-elle, avant d\u2019ajouter: \u00abQuelque chose qui fait plaisir aux gens.\u00bb M\u00eame si elle voulait embaucher quelqu\u2019un pour la production, elle s\u2019est \u00abplong\u00e9e dans des livres et familiaris\u00e9e avec le chocolat\u00bb, aime \u00e0 dire l\u2019entrepreneuse.
