Entre enthousiasme collectif, nouvelles dynamiques et lutte contre la lourdeur administrative, il r\u00e9affirme son engagement pour un artisanat libre, innovant et fid\u00e8le \u00e0 ses valeurs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ch\u00e8res et chers coll\u00e8gues, ch\u00e8res et chers amis,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On m\u2019a demand\u00e9 de faire un bilan de ma premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de pr\u00e9sident. Que dire\u2009? Il y a tellement de choses qui se passent et \u00e0 une telle vitesse que je ne pourrai pas tout \u00e9num\u00e9rer dans cette missive. D\u00e9j\u00e0 une ann\u00e9e que je suis en poste \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence de l\u2019ARABPC. Tout d\u2019abord, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 agr\u00e9ablement surpris de voir autant d\u2019enthousiasme au sein du comit\u00e9. Une dynamique incroyable. Chacune et chacun de mes coll\u00e8gues ont tout mis en \u0153uvre dans la composition de leur nouvelle commission. En principe, nous nous retrouvons \u00e0 Bulle, dans les locaux de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration patronale et \u00e9conomique. Les bureaux sont tr\u00e8s accueillants et chaleureux \u00e0 deux pas du Mol\u00e9son, nous permettant de travailler et d\u2019avoir des \u00e9changes nourris et constructifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La bureaucratie, un d\u00e9fi grandissant<br><\/strong>Les nouvelles commissions commencent \u00e0 \u00e9merger, certains d\u2019entre vous ont pu y participer et le retour est positif, ce qui nous motive pour aller de l\u2019avant. Un sujet duquel l\u2019on parle constamment, mais pour lequel rien ne bouge, me tient particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 c\u0153ur. Il s\u2019agit de la prolif\u00e9ration de la bureaucratie qui repr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9fi grandissant pour nous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, notre profession, mais \u00e9galement l\u2019artisanat en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 une multiplication des normes et des obligations administratives qui ralentissent notre activit\u00e9 et compliquent la gestion quotidienne des entreprises artisanales. Chaque nouvelle exigence repr\u00e9sente un frein \u00e0 l\u2019initiative et \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation dont nous avons besoin pour maintenir nos traditions tout en innovant. Il est essentiel de trouver un \u00e9quilibre entre r\u00e9glementation et libert\u00e9 entrepreneuriale afin de garantir un avenir prosp\u00e8re \u00e0 nos m\u00e9tiers. C\u2019est dans cette optique que notre association, entre autres, continue de d\u00e9fendre les int\u00e9r\u00eats des artisans boulangers p\u00e2tissiers confiseurs face \u00e0 cet exc\u00e8s de bureaucratie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de l\u2019Union suisse des arts et m\u00e9tiers ainsi que d\u2019autres organisations, nous devons soutenir la campagne pour la libert\u00e9 entrepreneuriale, cette nouvelle initiative qui vise \u00e0 sensibiliser l\u2019opinion publique sur les dangers d\u2019une r\u00e9glementation excessive. L\u2019Etat ne doit pas devenir un frein \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019innovation de nos entreprises. Cette campagne est l\u2019occasion de rappeler que le succ\u00e8s repose sur la souplesse, l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance et la confiance accord\u00e9e aux entrepreneurs, qui sont les piliers de notre \u00e9conomie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Face aux incertitudes du monde actuel, qu\u2019elles soient politiques, \u00e9conomiques ou sociales, il est essentiel de ne pas perdre de vue ce qui nous unit et ce qui nous anime. Notre profession repose sur des valeurs de tradition, de savoir-faire et de partage. Chaque jour, nous apportons du r\u00e9confort \u00e0 travers nos cr\u00e9ations, nous rassemblons les gens autour d\u2019un bon pain ou d\u2019une p\u00e2tisserie gourmande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 les turbulences qui secouent notre \u00e9poque, nous devons rester confiants et continuer \u00e0 avancer ensemble. L\u2019innovation, la solidarit\u00e9 et l\u2019engagement sont les clefs pour b\u00e2tir un avenir serein.
