La promotion de la rel\u00e8ve en \u00e9tait le sujet principal. Dans son discours, la pr\u00e9sidente du Grand Conseil fribourgeois, Fran\u00e7oise Savoy, qui a elle-m\u00eame grandi dans une boulangerie, a lanc\u00e9 un appel \u00e0 la solidarit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la coop\u00e9ration.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abNous sommes chaque ann\u00e9e confront\u00e9s \u00e0 plus de d\u00e9fis\u00bb, a constat\u00e9 avec lucidit\u00e9 Matthieu Walther, pr\u00e9sident fribourgeois, lors de l&#8217;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l&#8217;association cantonale \u00e0 Sugiez. Il a notamment soulign\u00e9 le manque de rel\u00e8ve: \u00abNous connaissons toutes et tous des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver des apprentis et apprenties.\u00bb Mais tout le monde doit tout mettre en \u0153uvre pour former les professionnels et professionnelles de demain, et ainsi assurer la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 des entreprises artisanales. Fille de boulanger, elle a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 la coop\u00e9ration et \u00e0 la solidarit\u00e9 dans son discours engag\u00e9, soulignant les nombreux d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever et remerciant les personnes pr\u00e9sentes pour leur engagement. \u00abJ\u2019ai eu la chance, de grandir dans une boulangerie.\u00bb Les valeurs qui lui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transmises sont \u00abancr\u00e9es dans les c\u0153urs\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-investir-dans-l-avenir\">Investir dans l\u2019avenir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es au quotidien ne doivent pas \u00abnous emp\u00eacher de former avec passion la rel\u00e8ve au sein de nos entreprises\u00bb, a rappel\u00e9 lors de l\u2019AG Richard Uldry, pr\u00e9sident de la commission d\u2019apprentissage et responsable de la formation. En&nbsp;2024, 34 examens CFC et AFP ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9s, avec 3&nbsp;\u00e9checs. En&nbsp;2025, le nombre d\u2019inscriptions \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure de qualification s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0&nbsp;2 pour l\u2019AFP et \u00e0 39 pour le CFC. Au total, le canton compte 89 apprentis et apprenties en boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie (88&nbsp;en&nbsp;2023), 54 en boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie, 21 en p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie et 4 en AFP. Il a remerci\u00e9 tout particuli\u00e8rement Christophe Petter pour son engagement sans faille. M. Uldry a \u00e9galement encourag\u00e9 les membres \u00e0 former des apprentis et apprenties: \u00abLa formation de la rel\u00e8ve d\u00e9pend de nous. Le temps investi dans la formation, c\u2019est le futur de nos entreprises!\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-donner-une-chance-aux-jeunes\">Donner une chance aux jeunes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La rempla\u00e7ante de Margrit Saudan en tant que cheffe experte dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail, Ang\u00e9lique Januzzo, a invit\u00e9 les membres \u00e0 donner une chance \u00e0 tous les jeunes en formation, y compris celles et ceux qui souffrent d&#8217;un handicap. \u00abJe veux qu\u2019on cesse de trier, de juger ou d\u2019exclure.\u00bb Ang\u00e9lique Januzzo a fait part de son exp\u00e9rience positive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e9bastien P\u00e9risset, membre de la commission image et promotion de l&#8217;association r\u00e9gionale romande, a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s men\u00e9es en Suisse romande et dans le canton, tandis que le Grand Ma\u00eetre fribourgeois Christian Audergon a rendu compte de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e. Marie Perriard a inform\u00e9 l\u2019assembl\u00e9e de la r\u00e9organisation et des nouvelles structures de l&#8217;association r\u00e9gionale romande (ARABPC), des diff\u00e9rentes commissions et des th\u00e8mes actuels (voir le rapport sur l&#8217;assembl\u00e9e des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s et d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9es de l&#8217;ARABPC). Elle a \u00e9galement dress\u00e9 un bilan du <a href=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/un-champion-six-prix-et-un-record\/\">Swiss Bakery Trophy<\/a>, qui s&#8217;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s l&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Elsa Mendez, de la commission avenir et formation, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une petite r\u00e9trospective et \u00e9voqu\u00e9 quelques perspectives. La commission s&#8217;est \u00e9galement \u00e9largie avec l&#8217;arriv\u00e9e d&#8217;une nouvelle personne: Ang\u00e9lique Januzzo, gestionnaire du commerce de d\u00e9tail. Marie Glasson, responsable du service cantonal de la formation professionnelle (SFP), a remerci\u00e9 les membres pour les efforts consentis en mati\u00e8re de formation des apprentis et apprenties, sachant que ce n\u2019est pas facile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de l&#8217;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, Samuel Oberson a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu r\u00e9viseur suppl\u00e9ant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;association cantonale compte actuellement 96 membres, dont 65 avec commerce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tentative-de-record-du-monde\">Tentative de record du monde<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Christophe Petter a enfin pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le prochain grand \u00e9v\u00e9nement \u2013 la tentative de record du monde du plus grand \u00e9clair \u2013 pr\u00e9vu le 21&nbsp;juin \u00e0 Fribourg Centre. Ce lieu accueillera \u00e9galement l\u2019exposition des travaux des apprentis et apprenties. \u00abUne magnifique vitrine pour nos m\u00e9tiers\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M.
