Un nouveau chapitre de la solution par branche MSST met en \u00e9vidence les points pertinents dans l\u2019entreprise.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les employeurs sont l\u00e9galement tenus de garantir la protection de l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 personnelle de leurs collaborateurs. Les conditions de travail ne doivent pas leur nuire sur le plan physique, psychique, mental ou moral. Investir dans la pr\u00e9vention est aussi rentable d\u2019un point de vue \u00e9conomique. La diminution des absences et la baisse du taux de fluctuation ont un impact positif sur le porte-monnaie.
