Les propri\u00e9taires David et Monika Koller ont enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9nov\u00e9 le caf\u00e9. Il \u00e9tait important pour eux de conserver le c\u0153ur de l\u2019entreprise\u2009: la qualit\u00e9 et l\u2019hospitalit\u00e9 qui ont fait la r\u00e9putation du caf\u00e9 depuis des d\u00e9cennies.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le caf\u00e9 Koller existe depuis 1968 et est dirig\u00e9 depuis 2000 par David et Monika Koller, la deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de la famille. Avec un total de 50 employ\u00e9s, dont quatre apprentis dans la production, l\u2019entreprise n\u2019a cess\u00e9 de se d\u00e9velopper. Outre le magasin principal de Sursee, il existe une autre succursale \u00e0 Schenkon (LU). Le propri\u00e9taire a notamment mis l\u2019accent sur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019acoustique: des panneaux de plafond et de mur ont permis de cr\u00e9er un environnement plus calme, qui est nettement plus agr\u00e9able, surtout les jours de grande affluence. \u00abLe niveau de bruit plus faible a \u00e9galement un effet positif sur notre personnel, qui travaille plus sereinement\u00bb, constate Monika Koller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p style=\"font-size:22px;font-style:italic;font-weight:600\">\u00abNous ne voulions pas seulement un changement superficiel, mais une solution bien pens\u00e9e qui soit rentable \u00e0 long terme.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>David Koller<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-investissement-dans-l-avenir\">Un investissement dans l\u2019avenir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La transformation a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en seulement deux semaines, pendant les vacances annuelles de l\u2019entreprise, et s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e sans heurts gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la collaboration de longue date avec beck konzept AG.
