Depuis le d\u00e9but de son apprentissage, elle mise sur la curiosit\u00e9, la pr\u00e9cision et la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, tout en se d\u00e9veloppant \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape de son travail. En troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, elle revient sur une p\u00e9riode de formation intensive et envisage l&#8217;avenir avec beaucoup de motivation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;odeur du pain fra\u00eechement sorti du four, la pr\u00e9cision n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la fabrication d&#8217;un g\u00e2teau parfait et la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 requise pour essayer de nouvelles recettes m&#8217;ont toujours fascin\u00e9e et pouss\u00e9e \u00e0 m&#8217;am\u00e9liorer constamment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#8217;ai commenc\u00e9 mon apprentissage de boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re \u00e0 la Fondazione La Fonte \u00e0 Agno (TI) le 10 septembre 2021 et je l&#8217;ai termin\u00e9 le 31 ao\u00fbt 2023. Comme j&#8217;avais obtenu l&#8217;attestation f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de formation professionnelle avec de bonnes notes, j&#8217;ai eu la possibilit\u00e9 de poursuivre ma formation pour obtenir le certificat f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de capacit\u00e9. J&#8217;ai d\u00e9but\u00e9 cet apprentissage compl\u00e9mentaire le 1<sup>er<\/sup>&nbsp;septembre 2023. Il se terminera le 30 ao\u00fbt 2025. En 3e ann\u00e9e au moment d\u2019\u00e9crire ces lignes, j&#8217;affine mes comp\u00e9tences en travaillant en \u00e9quipe avec mes coll\u00e8gues et en contribuant activement \u00e0 la formation de nouveaux apprentis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les stages importants, effectu\u00e9s au cours de ces ann\u00e9es de formation dans des p\u00e2tisseries renomm\u00e9es du canton, m&#8217;ont permis d&#8217;apprendre de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes de travail et de pr\u00e9paration de produits de boulangerie et de desserts. J\u2019ai ainsi affin\u00e9 ma pr\u00e9cision, ma dext\u00e9rit\u00e9 et mon souci du d\u00e9tail. Cela m\u2019a aussi permis de consolider des techniques traditionnelles et de gagner en autonomie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience technique, ce parcours m&#8217;a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences organisationnelles, \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les activit\u00e9s quotidiennes du laboratoire et \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9quipe. D\u00e9termin\u00e9e, pr\u00e9cise et toujours pr\u00eate \u00e0 m&#8217;impliquer, je souhaite continuer \u00e0 apprendre, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer mes comp\u00e9tences linguistiques, en particulier en allemand, et \u00e0 explorer de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes pour \u00e9largir mes horizons professionnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque mes \u00e9tudes et ma formation professionnelle seront achev\u00e9es, je serai dispos\u00e9e \u00e0 relever de nouveaux d\u00e9fis professionnels, m\u00eame au-del\u00e0 du Gothard et \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tranger, afin de d\u00e9couvrir de nouvelles r\u00e9alit\u00e9s et cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En boulangerie, j&#8217;aime pr\u00e9parer diff\u00e9rentes sortes de pain, dont celui \u00e0 la courge, aux pommes de terre et aux noix ou encore \u00abil pane b\u00fcscion\u00bb. En p\u00e2tisserie, je confectionne des tartes aux fruits, des \u00abbavaresi al cioccolato e vaniglia\u00bb ainsi que divers biscuits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roberto Guadagnin a \u00e9t\u00e9 mon formateur durant ces quatre ann\u00e9es. Il m&#8217;a toujours accompagn\u00e9e et soutenue. Il a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u00e0 pour moi quand j&#8217;avais besoin de lui, faisant preuve de beaucoup de patience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En dehors du travail, je m&#8217;adonne \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de cartes pour des \u00e9v\u00e9nements (scrapbooking) et au travail de la c\u00e9ramique dans l&#8217;atelier de ma m\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le monde de la boulangerie et de la p\u00e2tisserie est en constante \u00e9volution, et selon moi, la curiosit\u00e9 et la volont\u00e9 de s&#8217;am\u00e9liorer sont les ingr\u00e9dients cl\u00e9s pour tous ceux qui, comme moi, veulent se lancer dans le m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Sofia Montanari<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour Sofia Montanari, la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie est bien plus qu&#8217;un m\u00e9tier: c&#8217;est une passion.
