Cette journ\u00e9e inspirante aura lieu le 8\u202fseptembre \u00e0 Yverdon, le 10\u202fjuin, le 25\u202fao\u00fbt et le 29\u202fseptembre 2025 \u00e0 Lucerne et s\u2019adresse \u00e0 tous les employ\u00e9s et employeurs de l\u2019ensemble du secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019occasion du 80e anniversaire de l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement sera consacr\u00e9 aux d\u00e9fis et aux opportunit\u00e9s d\u00e9coulant de la num\u00e9risation et de l\u2019\u00e9volution d\u00e9mographique dans le secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie. A une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 nos rep\u00e8res changent sans cesse, il est plus que jamais important de s\u2019orienter \u00e0 des valeurs solides et de participer activement au changement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les Journ\u00e9es de formation Richemont offrent une plate-forme pour discuter de ces th\u00e8mes et pr\u00e9sentent des solutions qui permettront \u00e0 la branche d\u2019affronter l\u2019avenir avec succ\u00e8s. Les participants ont la possibilit\u00e9 de s\u2019inspirer aupr\u00e8s des experts, de se mettre en r\u00e9seau avec des personnes partageant les m\u00eames int\u00e9r\u00eats et d\u2019obtenir un pr\u00e9cieux aper\u00e7u des tendances et des d\u00e9veloppements actuels de la branche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au programme: des conf\u00e9rences inspirantes, cinq ateliers passionnants couvrant \u00e0 la fois des aspects th\u00e9oriques et pratiques, ainsi que l\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019id\u00e9es et d\u2019exp\u00e9riences. Les rolls, \u00e0 base de levure et de levain, fourr\u00e9s et garnis sont \u00e0 la mode et offrent des possibilit\u00e9s infinies\u2009: du sucr\u00e9, avec une garniture aux fruits au sal\u00e9 avec du fromage et des l\u00e9gumes. Les participants d\u00e9couvrent des variantes de la recette de base, diff\u00e9rentes p\u00e2tes et techniques ainsi que des garnitures et des toppings personnalis\u00e9s.
