Il ne s\u2019agit pas simplement d\u2019un magasin, mais d\u2019une boutique qui fait sensation. Les propri\u00e9taires, le couple Allamand, sont ravis: la client\u00e8le et le personnel ne tarissent pas d\u2019\u00e9loges.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis 1999, Regula et Pierre-Andr\u00e9 Allamand dirigent la chocolaterie-confiserie Maron avec caf\u00e9 en troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration dans la capitale des Grisons. Le caf\u00e9 vieillot du rez-de-chauss\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9nov\u00e9 en seulement 40 jours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-idee-est-nee-pendant-la-periode-covid\">L\u2019id\u00e9e est n\u00e9e pendant la p\u00e9riode Covid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le souhait d\u2019agrandir l\u2019espace de vente est n\u00e9 pendant la pand\u00e9mie de coronavirus, se souvient Regula Allamand durant l\u2019entretien avec Panissimo. A l\u2019\u00e9poque, les entreprises de restauration \u00e9taient \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat. \u00c0 P\u00e2ques, la place libre et ses tables inoccup\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9di\u00e9es \u00e0 une exposition color\u00e9e et app\u00e9tissante de lapins de circonstance. La client\u00e8le et le personnel ont appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 cette exposition impressionnante, se souvient Regula Allamand. La famille Allamand a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 discuter de projets et \u00e0 \u00e9laborer des plans. \u00abIl \u00e9tait important pour nous d\u2019agrandir l\u2019espace snack. Nos clients ont ainsi la possibilit\u00e9 de voir et d\u2019acheter nos sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s chocolat\u00e9es m\u00eame pendant l\u2019heure de pointe de midi, ce qui n\u2019\u00e9tait pas possible auparavant par manque de place\u00bb, explique l\u2019entrepreneuse des Grisons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet a pu \u00eatre mis en \u0153uvre fin 2023, lorsque le contrat de location des deux espaces commerciaux adjacents lou\u00e9s par des tiers a expir\u00e9. Le couple Allamand avait des id\u00e9es bien pr\u00e9cises lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019est adress\u00e9 \u00e0 Grogg Baumanagement GmbH. Il a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 tous les travaux d\u2019am\u00e9nagement et de transformation avec l\u2019architecte d\u2019int\u00e9rieur Gerold L\u00e4ngle et le propri\u00e9taire de l\u2019entreprise Philipp Grogg. \u00abLa collaboration a fait ses preuves. Un nouvel univers de saveurs chocolat\u00e9es s\u2019est ouvert sur la place de la gare de Coire. Regula Allamand est satisfaite du r\u00e9sultat: \u00abAvec ce coin de vente, nous donnons au chocolat la place qu\u2019il m\u00e9rite.
