Aujourd&#8217;hui, elle remet son mandat d&#8217;experte aux WorldSkills. Dans son texte d&#8217;adieu, elle revient sur son parcours \u2013 avec fiert\u00e9, \u00e9motion et beaucoup de gratitude.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#8217;est \u00e0 peine croyable, mais le feu de la comp\u00e9tition fait partie int\u00e9grante de moi depuis l&#8217;\u00e2ge de 18\u202fans \u2013 soit presque la moiti\u00e9 de ma vie. Tout a commenc\u00e9 lors de la foire de printemps et tendances OFFA de Saint-Gall, o\u00f9 nous avons pu exposer nos travaux en tant que jeunes apprentis et apprenties. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus qu&#8217;une simple opportunit\u00e9: pour moi, cela a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une chance de me mesurer \u00e0 d\u2019autres et de grandir. Alors que certains et certaines de mes camarades de classe \u00e9taient heureux de ne pas devoir s\u2019atteler \u00e0 certaines t\u00e2ches, j&#8217;ai imm\u00e9diatement ressenti un esprit de comp\u00e9tition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-annees-marquantes\">Des ann\u00e9es marquantes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Des comp\u00e9titions r\u00e9gionales aux comp\u00e9titions nationales et internationales, chaque moment a \u00e9t\u00e9 un enrichissement absolu! Que ce soit en tant que candidate, puis en tant que coach et enfin en tant qu&#8217;experte et cheffe experte lors de comp\u00e9titions internationales, chaque ann\u00e9e m&#8217;a marqu\u00e9e tant personnellement que professionnellement. Loin de moi l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019enjoliver les choses \u2013 il y a \u00e9videmment eu des moments d&#8217;\u00e9puisement, de frustration, voire de peur dans de rares cas. Mais les merveilleuses exp\u00e9riences ont toujours plus que compens\u00e9 tous ces d\u00e9fis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourquoi est-ce que je raconte tout cela? Ce mois-ci, j&#8217;ai remis mon mandat d&#8217;experte aux WorldSkills \u00e0 l&#8217;association. Sans vous, tous les succ\u00e8s de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es n&#8217;auraient pas \u00e9t\u00e9 possibles: Paolo Loraschi, Elias L\u00e4derach, Giuliano Sargenti, Urs Meichtry, Marion Sch\u00f6n, Jolanda Stgier, David Schmid et Franz Ziegler \u2013 vous avez rendu cette p\u00e9riode unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Merci <\/strong>\u00e0 mes trois merveilleuses candidates aux WorldSkills: Rahel Weber (Kazan 2019), Juliana Th\u00f6ny (Lucerne 2022) et Nadia Koller (Lyon 2024). Vous vous \u00eates d\u00e9pass\u00e9es et vous vous \u00eates lanc\u00e9es dans la comp\u00e9tition avec un engagement total. Ce fut un immense honneur pour moi de pouvoir vous accompagner sur ce chemin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Merci<\/strong> \u00e0 la commission des concours d&#8217;avoir organis\u00e9 de nombreux championnats suisses vari\u00e9s et plaisants, \u00e0 Berne et \u00e0 Lucerne!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gratitude est le sentiment que l&#8217;on \u00e9prouve lorsque l&#8217;on regarde en arri\u00e8re avec son c\u0153ur \u2013 et le mien en d\u00e9borde.
