Ils reviennent sur leurs d\u00e9buts r\u00e9ussis et d\u00e9voilent leurs projets d\u2019avenir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ralf Peter a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re professionnelle dans la bou\u00adlan\u00adge\u00adrie-p\u00e2\u00adtis\u00adse\u00adrie Eberle \u00e0 Wil (SG): il y a effectu\u00e9 son apprentissage de boulanger-p\u00e2tissier. Ce devait \u00eatre la premi\u00e8re pierre d&#8217;une association de plusieurs d\u00e9cennies: il a en effet travaill\u00e9 pendant pr\u00e8s de 30 ans comme chef de production dans l&#8217;entreprise avant de la reprendre en 2021 avec son fils Alessandro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"980\" height=\"712\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/6_1_eberle_innen.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-117966\" srcset=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/6_1_eberle_innen.jpg 980w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/6_1_eberle_innen-768x558.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 980px) 100vw, 980px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>D\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de trois ans, Alessandro Eberle aimait travailler avec son p\u00e8re Ralf dans la production.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l&#8217;adolescent Ralf Peter, le choix du m\u00e9tier s\u2019est impos\u00e9 tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t: \u00abIl n&#8217;y avait rien d&#8217;autre. J&#8217;ai toujours su que c&#8217;\u00e9tait ma voie.\u00bb Cette conviction s&#8217;est confirm\u00e9e tout au long de sa carri\u00e8re. Le petit Alessandro<br>a lui aussi montr\u00e9 un grand int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les activit\u00e9s du fournil d\u00e8s son enfance. Il a certes flirt\u00e9 avec le m\u00e9tier de cuisinier, mais finalement opt\u00e9 pour la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-alimentation-saine-et-bonne\">Une alimentation saine et bonne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa deuxi\u00e8me passion, la cuisine, il peut la vivre \u00e0 la maison, dit Alessandro Peter avec un sourire.
