Outre un aper\u00e7u informatif de l&#8217;\u00e9cole de Grangeneuve et des ateliers passionnants, les participants et participantes ont pu \u00e9changer sur de nouveaux projets et des collaborations fructueuses.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 14 mars, les ma\u00eetres et ma\u00eetresses de cours<em> <\/em>ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 un cours nouvellement con\u00e7u \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole de Grangeneuve (FR), qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 adopt\u00e9 un enseignement orient\u00e9 vers les comp\u00e9tences op\u00e9rationnelles dans le m\u00e9tier. Daniel Grimm, enseignant et charg\u00e9 de cours, a dirig\u00e9 le cours de formation agroalimentaire (technologie alimentaire). L\u2019aper\u00e7u donn\u00e9 et les \u00e9changes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enrichissants et instructifs. La soir\u00e9e s&#8217;est termin\u00e9e en terres fribourgeoises autour d&#8217;un d\u00e9licieux repas du soir, au cours duquel les participants et participantes ont pu parler m\u00e9tier et \u00e9changer leurs points de vue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-ateliers-passionnants\">Des ateliers passionnants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le samedi, une formation continue \u00e9tait pr\u00e9vue pour les ma\u00eetres et ma\u00eetresses de cours. Trois ateliers passionnants sur l&#8217;enseignement num\u00e9rique, le domaine de la boulangerie avec Olivier Hofmann et le domaine du chocolat avec Richard Uldry ont permis de montrer l&#8217;exemple en mati\u00e8re de formation continue. La partie officielle de la r\u00e9union, \u00e0 savoir l&#8217;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, a eu lieu apr\u00e8s un repas de midi exceptionnel, compos\u00e9 d&#8217;un plateau de charcuterie, d&#8217;une fondue moiti\u00e9-moiti\u00e9 typique et de desserts raffin\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/20250314_fachlehrer-innentagung-markus-zimmerli-9-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-117873\" style=\"width:575px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/20250314_fachlehrer-innentagung-markus-zimmerli-9-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/20250314_fachlehrer-innentagung-markus-zimmerli-9-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/20250314_fachlehrer-innentagung-markus-zimmerli-9-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/20250314_fachlehrer-innentagung-markus-zimmerli-9-2048x1536.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/20250314_fachlehrer-innentagung-markus-zimmerli-9-1000x750.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Pour une fois du fromage \u00e0 la place de la couverture<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, l\u2019Union suisse des ma\u00eetres de cours (FLV) et le groupement romand et tessinois des ma\u00eetres de cours (GRMC) se sont r\u00e9unis ensemble avant de traiter s\u00e9par\u00e9ment leurs propres affaires. Les pr\u00e9sidentes Shehnaz Sonderegger et Corinne Gruber ont dirig\u00e9 l&#8217;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale avec brio. Philippe Delalay, pr\u00e9sident du GRMC, a accueilli les participants et participantes avec une citation d&#8217;Henry Ford: \u00abSe r\u00e9unir est un d\u00e9but, rester ensemble est un progr\u00e8s, travailler ensemble est la r\u00e9ussite.\u00bb Il a ensuite lu son rapport annuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peter Signer, responsable de la formation en production au sein de la BCS, a par ailleurs inform\u00e9 l\u2019assembl\u00e9e sur le projet de r\u00e9vision totale; Esther Wehren, vice-pr\u00e9sidente de la CSDPQ, a pour sa part \u00e9voqu\u00e9 la PdQ et les SwissSkills, et Reto Fries, directeur de Richemont, a abord\u00e9 des sujets d&#8217;actualit\u00e9 tels que le 80<sup>e<\/sup>\u00a0anniversaire de l&#8217;\u00e9cole professionnelle et les journ\u00e9es de formation Richemont. Christophe Petter a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu au comit\u00e9 de l\u2019Union suisse des ma\u00eetres de cours en tant que repr\u00e9sentant du GRMC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les lieux des prochaines rencontres ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9s. Les ma\u00eetres et ma\u00eetresses de cours se r\u00e9uniront en Suisse orientale en&nbsp;2026 et \u00e0 l&#8217;Ecole professionnelle Richemont de Lucerne en&nbsp;2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, les pr\u00e9sidentes ont remerci\u00e9 le comit\u00e9 d&#8217;organisation de la r\u00e9union (John Lehmann, Christophe Petter, Carmen Maeder et Rolf Wehren) pour son excellente organisation.
