Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son engagement infatigable, \u00e0 sa passion pour le secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie et \u00e0 son profond attachement \u00e0 sa r\u00e9gion d\u2019origine, elle a su non seulement faire prosp\u00e9rer l\u2019entreprise familiale, mais aussi cr\u00e9er un lieu de communion.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andrea Wehren est litt\u00e9ralement n\u00e9e dans le secteur. D\u00e8s la septi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e scolaire, elle a aid\u00e9 ses parents dans leur boulangerie, avant de suivre une formation dans la vente au sein de l\u2019entreprise familiale. Elle a \u00e9largi son horizon en travaillant notamment en Suisse romande, dans la boulangerie Bugnon \u00e0 Cully (VD), et au sein de la grande entreprise b\u00e2loise Sutter Begg. \u00abMais pour moi, il a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 clair que je reviendrais\u00bb, assure cette entrepreneuse engag\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-succes-grace-a-l-equipe\">Le succ\u00e8s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant qu\u2019entrepreneuse, cette professionnelle porte une grande responsabilit\u00e9; vis-\u00e0-vis de son personnel, de sa client\u00e8le et de toute la r\u00e9gion. \u00abJe me sens oblig\u00e9e de fournir \u00e0 Sch\u00f6nried (BE) et \u00e0 Gstaad (BE) une bonne boulangerie et d\u2019offrir un emploi s\u00fbr \u00e0 mes collaborateurs. Je tiens les cordons de la bourse, mais c\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9quipe qui fait tourner la boutique\u00bb, dit-elle modestement. Elle accorde une importance particuli\u00e8re au travail avec les apprentis. \u00abC\u2019est un moment important dans leur vie\u00bb, selon elle, qui voit dans cette activit\u00e9 une sorte de mentorat.
