Aujourd&#8217;hui, elle continue de diriger l&#8217;entreprise familiale \u00e0 Berne en ma\u00eetrisant l&#8217;art de trouver le juste \u00e9quilibre entre tradition et nouveaux d\u00e9fis<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La boulangerie de mes parents \u00e9tait bien plus qu&#8217;un simple lieu de travail. C&#8217;\u00e9tait ma maison, mon terrain de jeu et le th\u00e9\u00e2tre de nombreuses exp\u00e9riences marquantes. Entour\u00e9e de l&#8217;odeur all\u00e9chante des petits pains fra\u00eechement sortis du four et du bruit de fond d&#8217;un fournil anim\u00e9, j&#8217;ai appris tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t ce que signifie travailler avec passion pour une entreprise. Mon p\u00e8re, un boulanger dou\u00e9 qui profite aujourd&#8217;hui d&#8217;une retraite bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9e, et ma m\u00e8re, une vendeuse cr\u00e9ative dot\u00e9e d&#8217;un sens aigu des affaires, m&#8217;ont transmis des valeurs importantes: la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance, le d\u00e9vouement et la fiert\u00e9 de son m\u00e9tier. Ces valeurs m&#8217;accompagnent encore aujourd&#8217;hui dans mon r\u00f4le de passerelle entre la production et la vente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-souvenirs-d-enfance\"><strong>Souvenirs d&#8217;enfance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfant d\u00e9j\u00e0, le fournil faisait partie de mon quotidien. T\u00f4t le matin, avec mon sac d&#8217;\u00e9cole sur le dos, je courais dans les couloirs pendant que mon p\u00e8re travaillait la p\u00e2te depuis longtemps. Je me souviens en particulier d&#8217;une exp\u00e9rience: \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9poque, le saloir \u00e9tait plac\u00e9 trop bas, exactement \u00e0 ma port\u00e9e. Avec ma curiosit\u00e9 d&#8217;enfant, j&#8217;ai cru devoir \u00abaider\u00bb, ce qui a eu pour cons\u00e9quence que le lendemain, tous les pains soient trop sal\u00e9s. L&#8217;erreur a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapidement trouv\u00e9e \u2013 et le saloir d\u00e9plac\u00e9 dans un endroit plus s\u00fbr et plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Aujourd&#8217;hui, je me souviens de cet \u00e9pisode en souriant, car j\u2019atteins facilement le r\u00e9cipient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;art de mon p\u00e8re de cr\u00e9er quelque chose de sp\u00e9cial \u00e0 partir d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients simples m&#8217;a fascin\u00e9e d\u00e8s mon plus jeune \u00e2ge. Tant ses produits que l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re de la boulangerie fascinaient la client\u00e8le. Ma m\u00e8re et lui se compl\u00e9taient parfaitement: avec un flair pour les souhaits de la client\u00e8le et un grand amour du d\u00e9tail, elle faisait et fait encore aujourd&#8217;hui de chaque espace de vente un lieu o\u00f9 l&#8217;on se sent bienvenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-entre-tradition-et-nouveaux-defis\"><strong>Entre tradition et nouveaux d\u00e9fis<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd&#8217;hui, nous continuons \u00e0 g\u00e9rer l&#8217;entreprise au c\u0153ur de Berne \u2013 au milieu d&#8217;un quartier vivant, o\u00f9 le lien avec la communaut\u00e9 nous tient particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 c\u0153ur. Mais les temps ont chang\u00e9. L&#8217;augmentation du prix des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie nous met quotidiennement au d\u00e9fi. Le prix de la farine, du sucre et d&#8217;autres ingr\u00e9dients a consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#8217;adapter les prix implique souvent des d\u00e9cisions difficiles. Cependant, notre passion pour l&#8217;artisanat reste intacte. Elle nous pousse \u00e0 donner le meilleur de nous-m\u00eames, dans les moments difficiles \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon quotidien professionnel est marqu\u00e9 par ma double casquette. Active \u00e0 la fois dans la production et dans la vente, je m&#8217;efforce de combiner au mieux ces deux domaines. Dans l&#8217;espace de vente, je rencontre notre client\u00e8le, j&#8217;\u00e9coute ses souhaits et je transmets directement ses commentaires \u00e0 la production. Cette interaction entre les deux mondes est pour moi un \u00e9quilibre entre enthousiasme et d\u00e9fi, qui me motive chaque jour un peu plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-entreprise-familiale-en-mutation\"><strong>L&#8217;entreprise familiale en mutation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La transmission de l&#8217;entreprise familiale \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration suivante offre \u00e0 la fois des opportunit\u00e9s et des d\u00e9fis. Ma s\u0153ur prend en charge les t\u00e2ches administratives, tandis que ma m\u00e8re continue \u00e0 s&#8217;occuper avec passion de la vente, aid\u00e9e par son partenaire qui g\u00e8re la production. Cette combinaison des forces individuelles et de nouvelles id\u00e9es cr\u00e9e un environnement de travail dynamique. Notre objectif est de pr\u00e9server les traditions qui font notre m\u00e9tier tout en r\u00e9pondant aux besoins changeants du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me trouve \u00e0 un tournant. Pour moi, la boulangerie est plus qu&#8217;un simple commerce \u2013 elle fait partie de mon identit\u00e9 et de notre histoire familiale. Les valeurs qui nous unissent en tant que famille \u2013 la passion, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 \u2013 me poussent \u00e0 donner le meilleur de moi-m\u00eame chaque jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au fournil, on ne fait pas que du pain, on \u00e9crit l&#8217;histoire. C&#8217;est l\u00e0 que se rencontrent tradition et innovation, passion et cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.
