Mon enthousiasme \u00e9tait limit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019approche de No\u00ebl\u2009! Au milieu de la p\u00e9riode la plus intense de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, alors que notre secteur tourne \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime et que chaque main est n\u00e9cessaire\u2009? Typique de l\u2019administration\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le chef, dont le service est responsable de pr\u00e8s de 5000 apprentis par an, ne s\u2019est pas laiss\u00e9 d\u00e9monter par mon report de date. Il avait choisi notre petite entreprise avec un grand int\u00e9r\u00eat pour un \u00e9change \u00e9troit. (L\u2019autorit\u00e9 en a tout de suite tir\u00e9 le premier enseignement\u2009: pas de rendez-vous avant No\u00ebl\u2009!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet \u00e9change \u00e9tait une marque d\u2019estime pour le travail important que les formateurs et formatrices accomplissent. Ils sont notre colonne vert\u00e9brale, puisqu\u2019ils forment et accompagnent des apprentis et motiv\u00e9s pour en faire des professionnels qualifi\u00e9s. En ces temps de p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e, ils jouent un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce contexte, les formateurs sont souvent sous pression\u2009: outre la t\u00e2che exigeante de former des apprentis, ils doivent \u00e9galement atteindre les objectifs de l\u2019entreprise tout en les conciliant avec leurs propres int\u00e9r\u00eats. Il est d\u2019autant plus pr\u00e9cieux que ces prestations soient per\u00e7ues et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es par des instances officielles. Ces moments nous confortent dans notre volont\u00e9 de ma\u00eetriser ce grand \u00e9cart et d\u2019assurer l\u2019avenir de notre secteur avec nos apprentis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos apprentis \u00e9taient \u00e9galement fiers d\u2019\u00eatre au centre de l\u2019attention\u2009; ils ont parl\u00e9 avec enthousiasme de leur travail, de l\u2019\u00e9cole et de leur \u00e9quipe. Le couronnement du tout\u2009? Un selfie commun avec le chef de service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pense que l\u2019estime est importante\u2009; quelle que soit sa forme.
