Dans tous les cas, le concept de l\u2019ordonnance sur la formation et du plan de formation sera nouveau en raison de la r\u00e9vision totale de la formation initiale en production. Mes coll\u00e8gues mettent tout en \u0153uvre pour que la formation initiale soit plus actuelle et orient\u00e9e vers l\u2019avenir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e0 aussi, nous ne savons pas encore tout. Nous consid\u00e9rons cela comme une chance d\u2019emprunter de nouvelles voies. Autre nouveaut\u00e9\u2009: nous allons devoir\u2009\/\u2009pouvoir nous pencher davantage sur l\u2019intelligence artificielle (IA) dans la formation. Quels sont les effets et les possibilit\u00e9s de l\u2019IA\u2009? Des adaptations dans la pond\u00e9ration des notes des travaux de dipl\u00f4me, de nouvelles formes d\u2019examen, ou une incidence sur l\u2019activit\u00e9 des experts et expertes sont-elles notamment \u00e0 venir\u2009? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces deux exemples sont tir\u00e9s de mon domaine d\u2019activit\u00e9 qui est et reste passionnant.
