Depuis sa fondation en 1945, cette \u00e9cole est devenue l\u2019une des principales institutions de la branche et marque de son empreinte l\u2019expertise et le savoir-faire artisanal en Suisse et au-del\u00e0.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont peut s\u2019enorgueillir d\u2019une histoire impressionnante de 80 ans, marqu\u00e9e par la pose de nombreux jalons. L\u2019\u00e9cole a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 1945 pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins croissants en personnel qualifi\u00e9 dans la branche de la boulangerie-confiserie. Au d\u00e9but, l\u2019\u00e9quipe ne comptait que dix personnes \u00e0 temps plein et le programme annuel se composait de 18 cours. C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019est n\u00e9 le Club international Richemont qui, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui, favorise les \u00e9changes professionnels et le transfert de connaissances par-del\u00e0 les fronti\u00e8res\u2009; par le biais de visites de cours, de visites d\u2019entreprises et de participations \u00e0 des salons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dix ans seulement apr\u00e8s l\u2019ouverture, de nouveaux locaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9nag\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une construction d\u2019extension. En 1965, une \u00e9tape importante a \u00e9t\u00e9 franchie avec le 25\u2009000e participant aux cours\u2009; preuve de la confiance et de la demande croissantes, avec plus de 2000 participants par an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1978, Richemont a \u00e9largi son offre en Suisse romande avec des cours pour les professionnels francophones \u00e0 Pully. Quelques ann\u00e9es plus tard, une antenne y a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte. Dans les ann\u00e9es 1980 et 1990, les ouvrages sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s de Richemont ont acquis une reconnaissance internationale. De nombreuses publications sont parues en anglais, en espagnol, en russe et en japonais, en plus de l\u2019allemand, du fran\u00e7ais et de l\u2019italien.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nouvelle-orientation\">Nouvelle orientation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ouverture du nouveau b\u00e2timent \u00e0 la Seeburgstrasse 51 en janvier\u202f2001 a marqu\u00e9 le d\u00e9but d\u2019une nouvelle \u00e8re strat\u00e9gique pour l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle Richemont. Les locaux modernes ont permis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole de r\u00e9agir de mani\u00e8re encore plus flexible aux besoins changeants du march\u00e9. Cette \u00e9tape a constitu\u00e9 un nouveau jalon dans le d\u00e9veloppement continu de Richemont en tant que centre de formation internationalement reconnu, mettant en relation des professionnels du monde entier. En mettant clairement l\u2019accent sur la qualit\u00e9 et l\u2019innovation, l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle a form\u00e9 des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de professionnels et a ainsi contribu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9terminante au renforcement de l\u2019artisanat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreuses manifestations sont pr\u00e9vues au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e d\u2019anniversaire, dont un \u00e9v\u00e9nement public \u00e0 P\u00e2ques pour les h\u00f4tes de la restauration, une Beach Party en \u00e9t\u00e9 pour tous les clients, partenaires et fournisseurs, un \u00e9v\u00e9nement international Richemont Club en automne, ainsi qu\u2019une f\u00eate des collaborateurs pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer comme il se doit les succ\u00e8s des huit derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies.
