Apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re campagne publicitaire r\u00e9ussie en ao\u00fbt 2021, l\u2019Association suisse\u00a0des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS) lance une deuxi\u00e8me vague mi-mai avec quelques nouveaut\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re vague de la campagne pour la rel\u00e8ve de la&nbsp;&nbsp;BCS a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e en ao\u00fbt 2021. Des th\u00e8mes soulignant la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 des m\u00e9tiers et ciblant particuli\u00e8rement le jeune public ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s. 24 affiches, 29 vid\u00e9os publicitaires, 21 annonces sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux ont attir\u00e9 l\u2019attention. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 plus de 100 mesures au total, les jeunes ont pu d\u00e9couvrir de fa\u00e7on \u00e9motionnelle les m\u00e9tiers de gestionnaire du commerce de d\u00e9tail et de boulanger-p\u00e2tissier-confiseur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poursuite de la campagne<\/strong><br>La deuxi\u00e8me vague de la campagne pour la rel\u00e8ve d\u00e9marrera mi-mai 2022. Nous garderons le cap en introduisant cependant quelques nouveaut\u00e9s :<br>les visuels connus des stars du quartier, magiciens des desserts et \u00e9toiles du matin seront de nouveau utilis\u00e9s pour la deuxi\u00e8me vague. Nous garantirons ainsi l\u2019effet de reconnaissance et avancerons vers notre objectif principal : attirer l\u2019attention des appren-tis sur les m\u00e9tiers attractifs de notre branche et les motiver \u00e0 effectuer un apprentissage. En outre, la campagne doit aussi faire mieux conna\u00eetre au grand public l\u2019ensemble de la branche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La campagne pour la rel\u00e8ve continue de se focaliser sur les jeunes n\u00e9s apr\u00e8s 1995. Cette \u00ab g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z \u00bb a grandi avec les outils num\u00e9riques et Internet, et ne veut pas seulement travailler, mais trouver une mission avec du sens, au-del\u00e0 du travail. Pour les futurs apprentis, il ne s\u2019agit pas seulement de gagner leur vie, mais de prendre du plaisir, d\u2019en donner et de pouvoir exploiter leurs potentiels de d\u00e9veloppement.<br>Nouveaut\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Spotify et vid\u00e9os<\/strong><br>Par cons\u00e9quent, la deuxi\u00e8me partie de la campagne utilisera encore davantage les canaux \u00ab jeunes \u00bb comme&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@swissbaker.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TikTok<\/a>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spotify.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Spotify<\/a>. Nous publierons de nouveau diff\u00e9rentes vid\u00e9os de t\u00e9moignages des jeunes lors de leur activit\u00e9. Ils pr\u00e9senteront directement depuis l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle Richemont \u00e0 Lucerne leurs cr\u00e9ations quotidiennes dans les boulangeries suisses et le plaisir qu\u2019ils procurent ainsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Video<\/strong><br>La focalisation accrue sur les salons et les points de vente (POS) des boulangeries-confiseries constitue une autre nouveaut\u00e9. En plus de banni\u00e8res, de cartes publicitaires A5 avec des codes QR, une vid\u00e9o sera disponible.
