Non, en tant qu\u2019entrepreneur, vous devez aussi travailler \u00ab en faveur de \u00bb l\u2019entreprise. A quoi cela sert-il de fabriquer des produits d\u2019exception si personne ne le sait ? Vous devez donc pr\u00e9senter vos produits sous leur meilleur jour afin d\u2019attirer l\u2019attention de vos clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ma fonction de chef de la formation \u00e0 la production, les m\u00eames principes s\u2019appliquent. Il ne s\u2019agit pas uniquement de travailler \u00ab dans \u00bb l\u2019association ; non, il faut aussi travailler \u00ab en faveur de \u00bb l\u2019association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parfois, les limites sont tr\u00e8s claires, parfois la transition est fluide. Le travail dans les commissions est tr\u00e8s clairement d\u00e9fini, c\u2019est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sur une p\u00e9riode d\u2019un an. Ensuite, il y a les participations aux r\u00e9unions, o\u00f9 l\u2019on vise un r\u00e9sultat tangible sur plusieurs ann\u00e9es. Il est de notre devoir de pr\u00e9senter les demandes de sorte qu\u2019elles soient r\u00e9alisables pour notre branche ou pour les m\u00e9tiers artisanaux, si possible sans effort suppl\u00e9mentaire.
