Les derni\u00e8res \u00e9volutions de prix augmentent consid\u00e9rablement la pression sur la marge des marchandises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est indispensable que les propri\u00e9taires de boulangeries-confiseries r\u00e9percutent la hausse des prix d\u2019achat sur la client\u00e8le. A d\u00e9faut, ils devraient supporter eux-m\u00eames les frais suppl\u00e9mentaires, et ce ne serait certainement pas opportun!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-de-l-importance-de-la-communication\">De l\u2019importance de la communication<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut bien communiquer au bon moment pour faire comprendre l\u2019augmentation des prix \u00e0 la client\u00e8le. Une grande attention m\u00e9diatique a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9e \u00e0 la hausse des prix d\u2019achat dans les boulangeries-confiseries en novembre\/d\u00e9cembre\u00a02021. Dans sa newsletter du 3\u00a0novembre, la BCS a relev\u00e9 l\u2019augmentation du co\u00fbt des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et de l\u2019\u00e9nergie notamment, et invit\u00e9 ses membres \u00e0 analyser et adapter leurs prix. De nombreuses entreprises ont profit\u00e9 de cette situation pour adapter leurs prix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-adaptations-de-prix-prospectives\">Adaptations de prix prospectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9colte de bl\u00e9 compromise en Europe de l\u2019Est est \u00e9galement un th\u00e8me r\u00e9current qui sensibilise encore plus la client\u00e8le en raison du conflit actuel en Ukraine. C\u2019est un moment opportun pour adapter les prix. Il est toutefois important de se projeter dans l\u2019avenir et de ne pas se contenter de prendre en compte les hausses de prix actuelles. Les conditions pourraient ne plus \u00eatre aussi favorables qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 fin\u00a02022: dans le calcul, il faut donc si possible tenir compte non seulement de la situation actuelle, mais encore d\u2019une \u00e9ventuelle future majoration, sachant que cette derni\u00e8re est d\u00e9j\u00e0 presque garantie compte tenu de la situation g\u00e9opolitique et des taux d\u2019inflation qui se profilent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-clientele-comprehensive\">Client\u00e8le compr\u00e9hensive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de SBC Fiduciaire SA, nous enjoignons les entreprises \u00e0 tenir compte de cela, et les aidons dans leurs calculs si n\u00e9cessaire. Les retours des entreprises sont d\u2019ailleurs majoritairement positifs. La client\u00e8le fait souvent preuve de compr\u00e9hension pour la situation et paie implicitement le suppl\u00e9ment dans les magasins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-situation-plus-difficile-pour-les-livraisons\">Situation plus difficile pour les livraisons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La situation est plus nuanc\u00e9e et plus difficile en mati\u00e8re de livraisons, en raison des quantit\u00e9s parfois \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Mais l\u00e0 encore, les entreprises n\u2019auront d\u2019autre choix que d\u2019adapter leurs prix \u00e0 la hausse ou, comme on l\u2019observe souvent dans la pratique, de r\u00e9duire quelque peu les rabais g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement accord\u00e9s pour les livraisons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-avenir-plein-de-defis\">Un avenir plein de d\u00e9fis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019une mani\u00e8re ou d\u2019une autre, la pression sur les marges va augmenter, et l\u2019avenir sera fait de d\u00e9fis. Avec un taux d\u2019inflation actuel de 1.5\u00a0% \u00e0 2.1\u00a0% (selon les sources) pour 2022, nous devons de toute fa\u00e7on nous attendre \u00e0 une hausse des prix dans pratiquement tous les domaines de notre vie.
