J&#8217;ai 22 ans et je viens de Steffisburg (BE). C&#8217;est au restaurant Panorama Hartlisberg, pr\u00e8s de Steffisburg (BE), que j&#8217;ai trouv\u00e9 ma passion pour la cuisine. Apr\u00e8s l&#8217;\u00e9cole primaire, j&#8217;ai fait une ann\u00e9e d&#8217;\u00e9change dans le Minnesota (USA) pour am\u00e9liorer mes connaissances en anglais. Ensuite, j&#8217;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9e comme cuisini\u00e8re CFC au Hartlisberg par le ma\u00eetre des lieux et champion du monde de cuisine Rolf Fuchs. J&#8217;y suis rest\u00e9e un an apr\u00e8s mon apprentissage en tant que commis de cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-formation-supplementaire-de-patissiere-confiseuse\">Formation suppl\u00e9mentaire de p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais pendant mon apprentissage de cuisini\u00e8re, j&#8217;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que je voulais apprendre davantage dans le domaine de la p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie. C&#8217;est pourquoi, j&#8217;ai commenc\u00e9 l&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9 dernier un apprentissage compl\u00e9mentaire de p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse. D\u00e9sormais, je travaille \u00e0 la confiserie Kuhnen \u00e0 la Lenk (BE). En plus de mon travail, je suis ambassadrice du m\u00e9tier de cuisini\u00e8re pour le mat\u00e9riel p\u00e9dagogique Wigl.ch ainsi que pour les championnats suisses des apprentis cuisiniers Gusto21 et Gusto22.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#8217;aime pouvoir travailler avec des aliments, car il n&#8217;y a pas de limites \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, on peut faire plaisir aux autres et il y a toujours quelque chose de nouveau \u00e0 apprendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-championnats-du-monde\">Championnats du monde<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis fin 2020, je suis membre de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe nationale suisse junior des cuisiniers. Cette nomination signifie beaucoup pour moi. J&#8217;en r\u00eave depuis le d\u00e9but de mon apprentissage. C&#8217;est m\u00eame un de mes objectifs. J&#8217;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9quipe gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ma victoire au Gusto 19 et \u00e0 ma participation aux SwissSkills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre \u00e9quipe se compose de six cuisiniers et de deux p\u00e2tissiers. Nous avons une bonne coh\u00e9sion, c&#8217;est pourquoi je suis toujours tr\u00e8s heureuse lorsqu&#8217;un nouvel entra\u00eenement est planifi\u00e9. Avec nos trois coachs et notre manager d&#8217;\u00e9quipe, Tobia Ciarulli (Hotel &amp; Gastro Union), nous nous pr\u00e9parons depuis un an pour les championnats du monde. Ils auront lieu en novembre 2022 au Luxembourg. La premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, nous avons principalement travaill\u00e9 sur le go\u00fbt et d\u00e9fini ce que nous allions cuisiner. Maintenant, il s&#8217;agit de perfectionner les plats. Tous les deux mois, nous nous r\u00e9unissons pendant quatre jours pour r\u00e9aliser les deux programmes&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Chefs Table on Fire&nbsp;\u00bb et \u00ab&nbsp;Hot Kitchen&nbsp;\u00bb. Le premier se compose d\u2019un \u00ab&nbsp;fingerfood&nbsp;\u00bb, d\u2019un plat de poisson, d\u2019un plat principal et d\u2019un dessert pour douze personnes, le second de trois plats pour 70 personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon prochain objectif est de me classer le plus haut possible aux championnats du monde. J&#8217;aimerais ensuite terminer avec succ\u00e8s mon apprentissage de p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse.
