L&#8217;\u00e9volution du nombre d&#8217;apprentis, principalement dans la partie germanophone, est alarmante. Tous les participants \u00e9taient d&#8217;accord : \u00ab Il faut se bouger ! \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de l&#8217;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l&#8217;association cantonale fribourgeoise, le pr\u00e9sident Didier Ecoffey a soulign\u00e9 en introduction l&#8217;importance de la rel\u00e8ve : \u00ab&nbsp;Ils peuvent \u00eatre les futurs entrepreneurs de notre branche !&nbsp;\u00bb Il a invit\u00e9 ses membres \u00e0 respecter les prescriptions lors de la formation des apprentis ; si elles ne sont pas respect\u00e9es, elles ne nuisent pas seulement \u00e0 eux-m\u00eames, mais aussi \u00e0 toute la branche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certes, le nombre d&#8217;apprentis s&#8217;est stabilis\u00e9 dans le canton de Fribourg depuis 2018. En septembre 2021, la production comptait au total 110 apprentis : 72 en boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie, 31 en p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie et 8 apprentis AFP boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Richard Uldry, pr\u00e9sident de la commission d&#8217;apprentissage et responsable de la formation professionnelle en boulangerie-confiserie, a soulign\u00e9 que le temps consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la rel\u00e8ve est l&#8217;investissement le plus important pour l&#8217;avenir : \u00ab&nbsp;Donnons le maximum pour la rel\u00e8ve !&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des chiffres alarmants dans la partie germanophone<\/strong><br>Christophe Nydegger, chef du Service de la formation professionnelle fribourgeoise, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des chiffres alarmants pour la partie germanophone du canton. Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, le nombre d&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ves par classe a pratiquement toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieur au minimum prescrit. Actuellement, trois apprentis effectuent leur premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e d&#8217;apprentissage en boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie. Pour le d\u00e9but de l&#8217;apprentissage en \u00e9t\u00e9 2022, il n&#8217;y a que quatre contrats d&#8217;apprentissage. \u00ab&nbsp;Nous devrons fermer la classe l&#8217;ann\u00e9e prochaine si nous ne parvenons pas \u00e0 recruter davantage d&#8217;apprentis de premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e&nbsp;\u00bb, a menac\u00e9 M. Nydegger. Dans ce cas, les apprentis germanophones devront suivre les cours dans le canton de Berne. Le chef de service s&#8217;est toutefois montr\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment confiant. Il a cit\u00e9 l&#8217;exemple des bouchers \u00e9galement menac\u00e9s de fermeture de classe en raison du nombre insuffisant d&#8217;apprentis. L&#8217;ann\u00e9e suivante, on comptait vingt nouveaux apprentis. Il a invit\u00e9 les personnes pr\u00e9sentes \u00e0 s&#8217;engager. \u00ab&nbsp;La publicit\u00e9 pour vos m\u00e9tiers, c&#8217;est votre travail !&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cinq minutes avant minuit<\/strong><br>\u00ab&nbsp;Il est minuit moins cinq&nbsp;\u00bb, a averti Rolf Wehren, directeur de l&#8217;Ecole professionnelle artisanale et industrielle de Fribourg, en ajoutant : \u00ab&nbsp;Il faut se bouger !&nbsp;\u00bb. Si la formation n&#8217;est pas possible dans leur propre canton, les jeunes ne sont plus pr\u00eats \u00e0 faire cet apprentissage, \u00ab&nbsp;alors ils s&#8217;en vont !&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La situation est \u00e9galement insatisfaisante dans la vente. Margrit Saudan, responsable du commerce de d\u00e9tail au sein de l&#8217;association cantonale, conclut : \u00ab&nbsp;Trop peu de vendeuses et trop peu de rel\u00e8ve&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une formation continue importante<\/strong><br>Didier Ecoffey, tout comme S\u00e9bastien Knecht, responsable du centre de comp\u00e9tences Richemont \u00e0 Yverdon-les-Bains, ont soulign\u00e9 l&#8217;importance de la formation et de la promotion des m\u00e9tiers. Pour rester comp\u00e9titif, il est en outre important que le personnel qualifi\u00e9 de la production et du commerce de d\u00e9tail participe \u00e0 des cours de formation continue, selon eux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pas de course en solo pour les Fribourgeois<\/strong><br>Le projet pilote pour les apprentis de premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, qui sera lanc\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e dans le canton du Valais, a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9voqu\u00e9. La position de Fribourg est tr\u00e8s claire \u00e0 ce sujet : \u00ab&nbsp;Nous ne r\u00e9aliserons pas un tel projet&nbsp;\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 Christophe Nydegger. \u00ab&nbsp;C&#8217;est la t\u00e2che des entreprises, des formateurs et non de l&#8217;\u00c9tat&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nouveaux Grand Ma\u00eetre et membres d&#8217;honneur<\/strong><br>Durant douze ans, Claude Zosso a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 la Confr\u00e9rie fribourgeoise des chevaliers du bon pain en tant que Grand Ma\u00eetre. Il a annonc\u00e9 qu&#8217;il avait trouv\u00e9 un digne successeur en la personne de Christian Audergon, de la boulangerie Au Vieux Grenier SA \u00e0 Grolley (FR). Celui-ci sera officiellement intronis\u00e9 lors du prochain chapitre d&#8217;intronisation. Il devrait avoir lieu en 2023. Claude Zosso a \u00e9t\u00e9 solennellement nomm\u00e9 membre d&#8217;honneur.&nbsp; Ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 honor\u00e9s&nbsp;: Bernard Walker, membre depuis plus de 30 ans de Confr\u00e9rie fribourgeoise, et Catherine Oberson, active depuis 40 ans \u00e0 la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration patronale et \u00e9conomique et \u00e0 l&#8217;Association cantonale fribourgeoise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les v\u00e9rificateurs des comptes Christoph Seydoux et S\u00e9bastien P\u00e9risset ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9s dans leurs fonctions. Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Mettraux succ\u00e8de \u00e0 Andr\u00e9 Grandjean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;association cantonale fribourgeoise compte actuellement 104 membres, dont 75 avec commerce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
