La pr\u00e9sence sur les salons, l\u2019organisation d\u2019expositions d\u2019apprentis, les SwissSkills et les participations tr\u00e8s r\u00e9ussies aux WorldSkills sont des piliers importants pour le recrutement de la rel\u00e8ve. Ils nous garantissent une pr\u00e9sence positive dans les m\u00e9dias. Toutefois, cela ne suffit pas sur un march\u00e9 du travail tr\u00e8s concurrentiel.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TikTok + Co.<\/strong><br>Le comit\u00e9 central a donc donn\u00e9 son feu vert au lancement d\u2019une campagne nationale pour la rel\u00e8ve. Celle-ci a d\u00e9but\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s l\u2019automne dernier. L\u2019accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux\u2009; notamment sur TikTok. L\u00e0, o\u00f9 se trouve notre groupe cible, les jeunes. Il y a quelques jours, la deuxi\u00e8me vague de notre campagne a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e. Nous sommes \u00e0 nouveau pr\u00e9sents sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux, en insistant sur TikTok et, depuis peu, sur Spotify. En outre, nous voulons renforcer la publicit\u00e9 dans les foires, les expositions ET les points de vente<br>de nos membres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Par cons\u00e9quent\u2009:<\/strong><br>Postez, partagez sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux\u2009!<br>Commandez nos cartes A6 en faveur de la rel\u00e8ve\u2009!<br>Distribuez ces cartes\u2009!<br>T\u00e9l\u00e9chargez notre nouvelle vid\u00e9o de la rel\u00e8ve !<br>Diffusez la vid\u00e9o de promotion de nos m\u00e9tiers sur les \u00e9crans de vos zones de vente\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participez, chers membres\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous avez un contact direct avec la rel\u00e8ve potentielle,les parents, les enseignants\u2009!
