Ils offrent aux gens un foyer, de la beaut\u00e9, de l\u2019agr\u00e9ment, de l\u2019espace pour des moments particuliers et un lieu o\u00f9 \u00eatre. Les restaurateurs accueillent les clients, les \u00e9coutent et les d\u00e9chargent de leurs soucis. Il suffit de parler avec les restaurateurs et le personnel de service pour savoir comment se portent une ville et ses habitants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une oreille attentive<\/strong><br>Il faut prendre soin de ces \u00ab\u2009\u00e2mes\u2009\u00bb, raison pour laquelle je suis aum\u00f4nier. Ma t\u00e2che principale consiste simplement \u00e0 \u00eatre l\u00e0 pour les restaurateurs, \u00e0 les \u00e9couter attentivement, \u00e0 les encourager et \u00e0 les valoriser. J\u2019assume depuis janvier de cette ann\u00e9e ce mandat, dans le cadre duquel j\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait diff\u00e9rentes rencontres. Les discussions rafra\u00eechissantes et inspirantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nombreuses. Certaines conversations ont toutefois \u00e9galement port\u00e9 sur des pr\u00e9occupations l\u00e9gitimes pour l\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personne n\u2019attend un aum\u00f4nier, mais beaucoup appr\u00e9cient l\u2019offre de dialogue lorsqu\u2019elle se pr\u00e9sente. La p\u00e9riode particuli\u00e8re que nous venons de traverser a clairement montr\u00e9 que plus rien n\u2019est s\u00fbr. Il faut plus de coop\u00e9ration, plus d\u2019entraide et plus de temps pour cela. Et c\u2019est justement ce qui rend ma t\u00e2che si pr\u00e9cieuse pour moi, mais aussi, je l\u2019esp\u00e8re, pour les personnes que je rencontre dans les restaurants. Avec un emploi \u00e0 20\u202f%, le temps donc je dispose \u00e0 cet effet est \u00e9videmment limit\u00e9, mais il me tient \u00e0 c\u0153ur de partager ces instants privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s. Mon offre comprend des entretiens, une aide dans les situations difficiles, et un accompagnement dans la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de moments particuliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mari\u00e9 et p\u00e8re de deux enfants, Roli Staub est pasteur et aum\u00f4nier.
