La marque appartient au mastodonte Showa, dont les produits sont vendus dans tout le pays.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abTower Bakery n\u2019a absolument rien d\u2019artisanal\u00bb, l\u00e2che David Parrat lorsqu\u2019il d\u00e9crit l\u2019entreprise japonaise qui l\u2019a mandat\u00e9 fin octobre. Elle fait partie de Showa qui regroupe cinq marques et 20\u2009000 points de vente. Son usine se situe \u00e0 Koshigaya (JP), \u00e0 une quarantaine de kilom\u00e8tres de Tokyo. \u00abSon assortiment est restreint, mais son volume est incroyable\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise le Franc-Montagnard. Au quotidien, elle fabrique 10\u2009000 unit\u00e9s d\u2019une dizaine d\u2019articles de petite boulangerie et de viennoiserie. Durant une journ\u00e9e, il a anim\u00e9 un atelier boulangerie pour les cadres du d\u00e9partement Recherche et d\u00e9veloppement.
