Il s\u2019agissait d\u2019un nouveau mat\u00e9riel p\u00e9dagogique qui s\u2019intitulait \u00ab&nbsp;le produit id\u00e9al \u2013 la confiserie&nbsp;\u00bb. Il \u00e9tait le quatri\u00e8me et dernier ouvrage de cette s\u00e9rie. Les recettes de base classiques de produits de confiserie suisses y sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es et d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles erreurs analys\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La th\u00e9orie mise en pratique<\/strong><br>Parmi mes attributions, j\u2019ai test\u00e9 diverses recettes et fabriquer certains produits pour les faire photographier. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s captivant de mettre en pratique ce que j\u2019avais appris \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole. Avec une temp\u00e9rature \u00e9lev\u00e9e de 5\u00b0 C, la production de fondant pour p\u00e2tisserie peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer assez sportive, par exemple. Le modelage n\u00e9cessite beaucoup de force musculaire. L\u2019examen approfondi des diverses techniques de travail et analyses d\u2019erreurs a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressant&nbsp;; une chose qui peut passer \u00e0 la trappe lors de la production quotidienne. Nombreux produits doivent aussi \u00eatre test\u00e9s. En comparaison directe avec les diverses approches d\u2019une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9, nous avons constat\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rences de consistance et de go\u00fbt qui n\u2019\u00e9taient pas visibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u00e9ance photo<\/strong><br>La s\u00e9ance photo a \u00e9t\u00e9 une autre exp\u00e9rience int\u00e9ressante. Pour une fois, je ne voyais pas uniquement l\u2019image finale, mais tout le processus qui se cache derri\u00e8re. Ce n\u2019est pas parce qu\u2019une chose a l\u2019air belle \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il, qu\u2019il en est de m\u00eame sur l\u2019image. Sur les photographies de haute qualit\u00e9, chaque d\u00e9tail appara\u00eet. Cela peut \u00eatre \u00e0 la fois une mal\u00e9diction et une b\u00e9n\u00e9diction. Le photographe doit exactement savoir comment il faut placer le produit et les lampes dans le studio afin que ce qu\u2019on souhaite montrer soit bien visible. Etant donn\u00e9 qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un mat\u00e9riel p\u00e9dagogique avec des analyses d\u2019erreurs, les diff\u00e9rences doivent \u00eatre parfaitement visibles. L\u2019aspect temporel a aussi jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif. Lors d\u2019un travail avec le sucre, on peut se prendre du temps et exp\u00e9rimenter. C\u2019est bien plus difficile avec une glace ou un parfait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019avantage d\u2019\u00eatre petite<\/strong><br>Lors de la s\u00e9ance photo, il \u00e9tait int\u00e9ressant de voir comment nos mouvements ont un effet sur les photos et ce qu\u2019un doigt \u00ab&nbsp;au mauvais endroit&nbsp;\u00bb peut avoir comme cons\u00e9quence. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 dr\u00f4le de voir que ma petite taille ne faisait pas obstacle \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re comme l\u2019auraient peut-\u00eatre fait d\u2019autres grandes personnes. Ce n\u2019est donc pas toujours un avantage que le mod\u00e8le soit grand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une p\u00e9riode passionnante<\/strong><br>Maintenant toutes les images sont prises et le projet est termin\u00e9 pour moi. Cette p\u00e9riode \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont a \u00e9t\u00e9 captivante. J\u2019ai \u00e9norm\u00e9ment appris de choses dont je profiterai certainement encore longtemps.
