Robert Porchet liste notamment les temps forts de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement et les retomb\u00e9es potentielles pour la profession.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Robert Porchet, quelle est l\u2019origine de la FBP\u2009?<\/strong><br>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition date de 1978. Anecdote ou v\u00e9rit\u00e9\u2009: M.\u202fApoth\u00e9los devait organiser la F\u00eate des vignerons de 1977. Durant les pr\u00e9paratifs, quelqu\u2019un d\u2019autre aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi. Un peu par vengeance, il aurait alors cr\u00e9\u00e9 la F\u00eate du bl\u00e9 et du pain dans le grenier du Gros-de-Vaud. L\u2019id\u00e9e \u00e9tait de mettre en valeur l\u2019agriculture, la meunerie et la boulangerie. Le succ\u00e8s a \u00e9t\u00e9 tel que le comit\u00e9 a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9p\u00e9ter la manifestation tous les vingt ans. D\u00e8s 1998, elle est devenue d\u00e9cennale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La f\u00eate et la participation des boulangers ont-elles \u00e9volu\u00e9 depuis\u2009?<\/strong><br>La FPB se compose toujours principalement d\u2019un spectacle et d\u2019animations. Toutefois, le r\u00f4le des boulangers a diminu\u00e9 au fil des \u00e9ditions. En 1978, elle \u00e9tait 100\u202f% boulang\u00e8re. Les Chevaliers du bon pain jouaient un r\u00f4le dans le spectacle. J\u2019ai d\u2019ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 intronis\u00e9 sur sc\u00e8ne. Les meuniers, les agriculteurs et toute la paysannerie \u00e9taient l\u00e0.<br>En 1998, nous \u00e9tions bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 la f\u00eate, avec une intronisation \u00e0 chaque repr\u00e9sentation. En 2008, nous n\u2019apparaissions pas dans le spectacle. A la fin de ce dernier, les boulangers ont cependant offert le pain partag\u00e9. De plus, nous avons organis\u00e9 une journ\u00e9e du pain avec une intronisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u2019en est-il de cette ann\u00e9e\u2009?<\/strong><br>Pour cette quatri\u00e8me \u00e9dition, il y aura plus d\u2019animations. Tout le bourg d\u2019Echallens va \u00eatre anim\u00e9. Cela sera splendide, \u00e0 mon avis. En ce qui nous concerne, nous avons malheureusement d\u00fb contacter les organisateurs afin de rejoindre le comit\u00e9. Ils voulaient pr\u00e9senter un spectacle et non une f\u00eate corporative. (\u2026) Je leur ai signifi\u00e9 qu\u2019il y avait un petit probl\u00e8me\u2009: la FBP ne peut se faire sans agriculteurs, meuniers ni boulangers. Le probl\u00e8me a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9gl\u00e9 et nous avons rejoint le comit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Etes-vous finalement content de votre r\u00f4le\u2009?<\/strong><br>Oui. Il a fallu un petit peu se \u00ab\u2009f\u00e2cher\u2009\u00bb avec les organisateurs qui s\u2019\u00e9taient focalis\u00e9s sur le spectacle. A pr\u00e9sent, nous sommes bien pris en compte. Certes, nous pouvons toujours esp\u00e9rer un peu plus de communication, mais globalement je suis satisfait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Le public se rendra compte qu\u2019\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des g\u00e9ants orange, il existe encore des boulangers !\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hormis le spectacle, quels seront les temps forts de la f\u00eate\u2009?<\/strong><br>Sur la place de l\u2019H\u00f4tel de ville, des chevaliers et des boulangers de la r\u00e9gion animeront des ateliers pour enfants. Deux fois par jour, ils confectionneront des figurines en p\u00e2te \u00e0 pain. Elles seront cuites sur place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment important, le 19\u202fao\u00fbt, l\u2019Ordre des chevaliers intronisera pour la premi\u00e8re fois 16 \u00e0 18 Compagnons du pain. Il s\u2019agit pour la plupart de Gouverneurs et de Grands Ma\u00eetres de confr\u00e9ries bacchiques et gastronomiques. L\u2019intronisation d\u00e9butera \u00e0 10 heures. Elle sera suivie du partage du pain et d\u2019un verre de l\u2019amiti\u00e9 en compagnie des participants et de la population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A 15 heures, chevaliers, compagnons et autres repr\u00e9sentants de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration suisse des confr\u00e9ries bachiques et gastronomiques participeront au troisi\u00e8me temps fort\u2009: le cort\u00e8ge. Il devrait durer 1\u2009h\u200930 et rassembler 1500 participants. Durant le d\u00e9fil\u00e9, une quinzaine d\u2019artisans boulangers et de chevaliers vaudois distribueront des taill\u00e9s aux greubons et des fl\u00fbtes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quel co\u00fbt cela repr\u00e9sente-t-il\u2009?<\/strong><br>Pour la distribution durant le cort\u00e8ge, c\u2019est un co\u00fbt budg\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 1500\u202ffrancs. Il sera pris en charge par les chevaliers et l\u2019association vaudoise. Pour les ateliers, les co\u00fbts seront r\u00e9partis entre la fili\u00e8re et les responsables de la farine UrDinkel. Ces derniers mettent la farine gratuitement \u00e0 disposition afin que nous la travaillons. L\u2019Ordre des chevaliers r\u00e9glera le pain des boulangeries r\u00e9gionales pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 et offert en d\u00e9gustation. Au niveau de l\u2019intronisation, nous esp\u00e9rons ne pas avoir de frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Est-il important que les confr\u00e8res des autres cantons se rendent \u00e0 Echallens\u2009?<\/strong><br>Oui\u2009! Qu\u2019ils viennent ou non au spectacle c\u2019est leur choix. Par contre, ils doivent nous soutenir, nous donner la main, nous rendre visite sur nos ateliers, montrer que nous sommes toujours pr\u00e9sents et toujours actifs. D\u2019ailleurs, il faut qu\u2019ils viennent en veste, afin d\u2019\u00eatre vus et reconnus\u2009! Plus il y aura du monde, plus nous serons visibles et plus le soutien \u00e0 la boulangerie artisanale sera cons\u00e9quent\u2009!
