Les questions de l\u2019interview de \u00ab\u2009panissimo\u2009\u00bb sont pr\u00eates. Elias L\u00e4derach ne les conna\u00eet pas. Contrairement \u00e0 d\u2019autres personnes interview\u00e9es, il ne souhaitait pas en \u00eatre inform\u00e9 pr\u00e9alablement. Elias L\u00e4derach r\u00e9pond avec calme et comp\u00e9tence, fait de courtes pauses avant de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 quelques questions, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit. On sent qu\u2019il se passionne pour le m\u00e9tier et le chocolat. Aucune nervosit\u00e9 ne transpara\u00eet\u2009; et ce bien que la visite de la conseill\u00e8re f\u00e9d\u00e9rale Simonetta Sommaruga soit pr\u00e9vue juste apr\u00e8s l\u2019interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Elias L\u00e4derach, depuis le mois de mars, vous \u00eates membrede la direction du&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.laederach.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">groupe L\u00e4derach<\/a>&nbsp;et responsable de l\u2019innovation et de la production. Qu\u2019est-cequi a chang\u00e9 depuis\u2009?<\/strong><br>Bonne question. Certaines choses ont chang\u00e9. J\u2019\u00e9tais d\u00e9j\u00e0 responsable de l\u2019innovation, mais pas membre de la direction du groupe. La responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019ensemble de la production est nouvelle pour moi, mais j\u2019ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 en contact avec ce service. Je suis relativement jeune pour assumer une grande responsabilit\u00e9 envers de nombreux collaborateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Combien sont-ils\u2009?<\/strong><br>Entre 350 et 400 collaborateurs selon les saisons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab J\u2019appr\u00e9cie la compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 mutuelle avec mon fr\u00e8re Johannes. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le passage de flambeau \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration suivante fonctionne bien chez L\u00e4derach. Quels conseils donneriez-vous \u00e0 des entrepreneurs confront\u00e9s au m\u00eame d\u00e9fi\u2009?<\/strong><br>Le 1er\u202fmars n\u2019\u00e9tait qu\u2019une date de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. L\u2019ensemble du processus a d\u00e9but\u00e9 bien plus t\u00f4t. Nos parents ont toujours pris des d\u00e9cisions importantes \u00e0 la maison, nous l\u2019avons compris et beaucoup appr\u00e9ci\u00e9. Ils nous ont impliqu\u00e9s sans faire pression. Le passage de flambeau s\u2019est donc av\u00e9r\u00e9 simple. Notre p\u00e8re est n\u00e9anmoins toujours dans l\u2019entreprise. Chaque lundi midi, mon fr\u00e8re et moi avons un repas de famille avec lui. Je lui suis tr\u00e8s reconnaissant de nous accompagner sur cette voie. C\u2019est important que l\u2019harmonie r\u00e8gne au sein de la famille. J\u2019appr\u00e9cie la compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 mutuelle avec mon fr\u00e8re Johannes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vous vous pr\u00e9parez en vuede la finale des<a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldchocolatemasters.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;WCM \u00e0 Paris<\/a>. Comment arrivez-vous \u00e0 tout concilier\u2009: commerce, concours, famille\u2009?<\/strong><br>Actuellement, c\u2019est un r\u00e9el d\u00e9fi. En son temps, mon grand-p\u00e8re avait promis \u00e0 ma grand-m\u00e8re d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 la maison tous les soirs \u00e0 6 heures. J\u2019essaie de tenir cette promesse. Je commence \u00e0 travailler t\u00f4t le matin. La famille est tr\u00e8s importante pour moi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab J\u2019ai une magnifique \u00e9quipe. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai aussi d\u2019excellents collaborateurs cadres qui font le gros du travail pour moi. J\u2019ai n\u00e9anmoins d\u00fb apprendre \u00e0 d\u00e9l\u00e9guer. La situation est semblable dans le cadre des pr\u00e9paratifs du concours des WCM. J\u2019ai une magnifique \u00e9quipe. Le concours est devenu un \u00e9v\u00e8nement majeur, qu\u2019on ne peut pas g\u00e9rer seul quand on a un emploi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quelle est la taille de votre \u00e9quipe\u2009?<\/strong><br>Elle comprend quatre personnes, \u00e0 savoir Giuliano Sargenti, responsable d\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u00e9veloppement chez L\u00e4derach et Paolo Loraschi, ma\u00eetre chocolatier dans la confiserie Al Porto \u00e0 Locarno pour la partie technique. Tous deux ont une grande exp\u00e9rience des concours. L\u2019\u00e9quipe comprend aussi Jolanda Stgier, une concurrente internationale \u00e0 succ\u00e8s. Elle a notamment gagn\u00e9 un dipl\u00f4me lors des WorldSkills 2009 \u00e0 Calgary. Elle travaille chez L\u00e4derach depuis le 1er\u202favril. Je suis encore aid\u00e9 par un professionnel des USA, St\u00e9phane Treand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le travail administratif est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 ici chez L\u00e4derach.
