Spectacle, ateliers pour enfants, intronisation de Compagnons du pain, cort\u00e8ge hors norme et autres animations de rue attendent le public de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u00e9cennal. Par ici le programme\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La FBP a vu le jour en 1978 \u00e0 Echallens, au c\u0153ur du grenier du canton de Vaud. L\u2019objectif de ses cr\u00e9ateurs: valoriser l\u2019agriculture, la meunerie et la boulangerie. Au centre de cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition: un spectacle avec pr\u00e8s de 1000 participants. Fort de son succ\u00e8s, la f\u00eate se r\u00e9p\u00e8te tous les vingt ans, puis tous les dix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019agriculteur, le meunier et la boulang\u00e8re<\/strong><br>Depuis aujourd\u2019hui mercredi, le village vaudois c\u00e9l\u00e8bre sa quatri\u00e8me \u00e9dition. Les huit repr\u00e9sentations du spectacle visuel et sonore \u00abSolstices\u00bb constituent l\u2019un des moments forts de la manifestation. L\u2019intrigue s\u2019inspire de lieux et de faits r\u00e9els du Gros-de-Vaud, dans un univers m\u00e9di\u00e9val fantastique. Pour mettre fin \u00e0 la famine, le guerrier Baral, l\u2019inventeur Lancelin et l\u2019alchimiste Aurore auront pour mission de ramener les ingr\u00e9dients n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la fabrication du premier pain\u2005: le bl\u00e9, l\u2019eau, l\u2019\u00e9nergie de l\u2019air et le pouvoir du feu. Ils seront les fondateurs d\u2019un pacte avec la nature et d\u2019une tradition. Baral deviendra agriculteur, Lancelin meunier et Aurore boulang\u00e8re. Ensemble, ils fabriqueront le pain, boule de nature et d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pain \u00abSolstices\u00bb, embl\u00e8me de la FBP<\/strong><br>\u00abSolstices\u00bb, c\u2019est \u00e9galement un pain. Imagin\u00e9 et con\u00e7u par les artisans boulangers de la r\u00e9gion, il est devenu l\u2019embl\u00e8me de la FBP. Il figure d\u2019ailleurs sur l\u2019affiche de la manifestation.<br>Il se compose de bl\u00e9 Vanilnoir cultiv\u00e9 par les agriculteurs du Gros-de-Vaud. Le moulin d\u2019Echallens s\u2019occupe de la transformation de la c\u00e9r\u00e9ale en farine artisanale. Le p\u00e9trissage de la p\u00e2te est lent et progressif, le temps de repos sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 18 heures. La miche \u00e0 la marque d\u2019\u00e9pi est disponible aupr\u00e8s des boulangers de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redorer le blason de la boulangerie<\/strong><br>Durant toute la dur\u00e9e de la F\u00eate du bl\u00e9 et du pain (FBP), les Chevaliers du bon pain promeuvent la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie artisanale.<br>Pour les plus petits, ils animent deux fois par jour, peut-\u00eatre trois, des ateliers, \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la Maison du bl\u00e9 et du pain \u00e0 Echallens. Sous une tente, ils apprennent aux enfants \u00e0 confectionner des figurines en p\u00e2te, avant de les cuire sur place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une premi\u00e8re pour l\u2019Ordre des Chevalier du bon pain<\/strong><br>Le dimanche 19\u202fao\u00fbt sera un jour particulier pour l\u2019Ordre des Chevalier du bon pain. Sur les coups de 10 heures, entre seize et dix-huit personnalit\u00e9s seront intronis\u00e9s Compagnons du pain. V\u00e9ritable premi\u00e8re, il s\u2019agit pour la plupart de membres de confr\u00e9ries bachiques et gastronomiques, auxquelles s\u2019ajouteront quelques figures de la boulangerie-confiserie romande et suisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie aura lieu sur la place de l\u2019H\u00f4tel de Ville. Elle sera suivie du verre de l\u2019amiti\u00e9 et du pain partag\u00e9 avec la population. Intronis\u00e9s et invit\u00e9s seront ensuite convi\u00e9s \u00e0 partager un repas. \u00abNous avons opt\u00e9 pour ap\u00e9ritif d\u00eenatoire afin d\u2019\u00eatre certains de pouvoir prendre part au cort\u00e8ge dans les temps\u2005\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Robert Porchet, Grand Ma\u00eetre de l\u2019Ordre&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.swissbaker.ch\/de\/panissimo-news\/themenarchiv\/events\/events-details\/fete-du-ble-et-du-pain-in-echallens-vd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(Interview<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un d\u00e9fil\u00e9 de 1500 personnes<\/strong><br>Le cort\u00e8ge d\u00e9marrera \u00e0 15 heures dans les rues d\u2019Echallens. Gigantesque, il r\u00e9unira quelque 1500 participants, des chars et des animaux. \u00abNous avons le num\u00e9ro\u202f14 et sommes r\u00e9unis sous la d\u00e9nomination F\u00e9d\u00e9ration suisse des confr\u00e9ries bachiques et gastronomiques (&#8230;) A vue de nez, nous devrions \u00eatre une centaine.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cort\u00e8ge devrait durer entre 1\u2005h\u200530 et 2 heures, et attirer environ 8000 personnes le long du parcours, selon les chiffres des organisateurs. Pour l\u2019occasion, les artisans boulangers et les chevaliers du canton de Vaud ont confectionn\u00e9 des taill\u00e9s aux greubons et des fl\u00fbtes.
