Dans le cadre de notre s\u00e9rie d\u2019articles, elle t\u00e9moigne de l\u2019importance de s\u2019engager pour former la rel\u00e8ve.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019approche des&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.swiss-skills.ch\/2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SwissSkills \u00e0 Berne<\/a>, les pr\u00e9paratifs s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent. Je me r\u00e9jouis \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019y intervenir pour la BCS, et de revoir beaucoup de visages connus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Joie et engagement<\/strong><br>Je garde un tr\u00e8s bon souvenir de mon exp\u00e9rience des championnats suisses des m\u00e9tiers. Je suis contente pour mes coll\u00e8gues qui auront la chance cette ann\u00e9e de montrer tout leur talent sur la sc\u00e8ne bernoise. J\u2019appr\u00e9cie d\u2019entendre leurs \u00e9changes, autour des pr\u00e9paratifs de la comp\u00e9tition, toute la joie et l\u2019engagement qu\u2019ils mettent chaque jour dans leur travail. Certes, il y a parfois des rat\u00e9s, des choses qui ne fonctionnent pas comme elles le devraient. Toutefois, leur passion leur permet de ne pas abandonner et de reprendre l\u2019entra\u00eenement afin de r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance et passion<\/strong><br>La participation aux SwissSkills r\u00e9compense l\u2019ambition et le travail fourni par ces jeunes: mais mener \u00e0 bien un apprentissage professionnel de trois ans demande beaucoup de pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance et de passion pour son m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand je songe \u00e0 mes ann\u00e9es d\u2019apprentissage et de concours, je pense d\u2019abord \u00e0 tous ces formateurs et coaches qui m\u2019ont soutenue et encourag\u00e9e, pour me permettre de r\u00e9v\u00e9ler mes talents cach\u00e9s. C\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur accompagnement que j\u2019ai pu m\u2019\u00e9panouir et me d\u00e9velopper, devenir petit \u00e0 petit plus exigeante avec moi-m\u00eame, pour m\u2019am\u00e9liorer et prendre des initiatives afin de r\u00e9gler moi-m\u00eame les probl\u00e8mes. Lorsque nous sommes apprentis, il est important de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du soutien d\u2019une personne qui nous sert de mod\u00e8le!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un travail tr\u00e8s exigeant<\/strong><br>Actuellement, je suis souvent amen\u00e9e \u00e0 travailler au contact d\u2019apprentis. J\u2019essaye de les soutenir autant que possible, pour leur transmettre \u00e0 mon tour ce que j\u2019ai appris. Dans mon \u00abpetit r\u00f4le\u00bb de mod\u00e8le, je suis tr\u00e8s sollicit\u00e9e. Je t\u00e2che de toujours me r\u00e9f\u00e9rer \u00e0 mes exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es pour les mettre en application. Dans mon poste actuel, j\u2019ai la chance de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des perspectives des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Former, encourager et soutenir les personnes est un travail exigeant. Cela demande aussi des comp\u00e9tences sociales. Je dois toujours rester consciente de l\u2019effet de mes agissements sur les apprenants. J\u2019\u00e9tais \u00e0 leur place il n\u2019y a pas si longtemps. Je connais aussi tr\u00e8s bien les hauts et les bas qu\u2019on peut ressentir quand les choses fonctionnent ou au contraire quand rien ne se passe comme pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Au sport aussi<\/strong><br>Mon r\u00f4le de coach et de soutien s\u2019\u00e9tend aussi au domaine du sport, car j\u2019entra\u00eene les juniors de notre club de unihockey. Mon objectif\u2005: que les joueurs viennent motiv\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019entra\u00eenement et qu\u2019ils en repartent le sourire aux l\u00e8vres. Les sessions d\u2019entra\u00eenement sont plut\u00f4t fatigantes pour nous, entra\u00eeneurs. Pour pouvoir former et entra\u00eener les enfants, j\u2019ai suivi le cours Jeunesse+Sport de unihockey.
