Des journ\u00e9es d\u2019information sont planifi\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La convention collective de travail (CCT) 2019 est depuis longtemps mise sous toit. Les partenaires sociaux de la BCS et l\u2019association suisse du personnel de boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie (aspbpc), respectivement Hotel &amp; Gastro Union ainsi que la Syna, ont conclu un accord fin 2017. Il reprend la nouvelle CCT. Depuis avril\u202f2018, la demande d\u2019extension pour la d\u00e9claration de force obligatoire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale est en instance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les partenaires sociaux visent l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la nouvelle CCT d\u00e8s le 1er\u202fjanvier 2019. A partir de l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur, les employeurs se voient confront\u00e9s au d\u00e9fi de mettre en \u0153uvre la nouvelle CCT, de v\u00e9rifier leurs contrats de travail et d\u2019interroger les processus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019extension du champ d\u2019application aupr\u00e8s des employeurs est une des plus grandes innovations.
