Les boulangers-confiseurs suisses seront tr\u00e8s bien repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, avec 36 candidats de nos trois m\u00e9tiers.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s 2014, la 2e \u00e9dition des championnats des m\u00e9tiers suisses centralis\u00e9s aura lieu cette ann\u00e9e. Les meilleurs jeunes professionnels du pays se rencontreront \u00e0 Berne. C\u2019est une chance pour notre secteur \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re de la r\u00e9volution num\u00e9rique\u2005: nous allons pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 un large public nos professions artisanales dans toute leur diversit\u00e9, avec beaucoup de comp\u00e9tence et de passion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abUne machine peut tout mais rien d\u2019autre.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette phrase du philosophe Ludwig Hasler traduit le fait qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019avenir personne ne sera repu de donn\u00e9es. Utilisons les algorithmes des machines et montrons comment nos forces analogiques peuvent cro\u00eetre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re du num\u00e9rique. Nos m\u00e9tiers symbolisent cela. Nous travaillons avec ferveur, suscitons des \u00e9motions, confectionnons de savoureux produits cr\u00e9atifs qui font plaisir. Utilisons ces comp\u00e9tences emphatiques! Les SwissSkills 2018 offrent une plate-forme id\u00e9ale \u00e0 cet effet, permettant de montrer aux jeunes int\u00e9ress\u00e9s, \u00e0 leurs parents et au corps enseignant que l\u2019artisanat a et aura toujours un bel avenir. Ces derniers y d\u00e9couvrent en direct la passion qui anime les boulangers-p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs et les gestionnaires du commerce de d\u00e9tail dans le cadre de leur m\u00e9tier.
