Elle a m\u00eame obtenu le titre de Swiss Bakery Champion en 2010 et a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 la meilleure entreprise du canton de Lucerne au cours des derni\u00e8res \u00e9ditions. \u00ab L\u2019impact publicitaire en d\u00e9coulant \u00e9tait extr\u00eamement fort \u00bb, se r\u00e9jouit Ramon Ehliger. \u00ab Les quotidiens et les journaux r\u00e9gionaux ainsi que Tele 1 en ont largement parl\u00e9. Nous avons pu nous pr\u00e9senter au public comme entreprise artisanale et avons \u00e9videmment utilis\u00e9 notre succ\u00e8s autant que possible pour le marketing. \u00bb<br>Pour les informer du sens et du but du SBT et pour pr\u00e9senter les produits prim\u00e9s, les m\u00e9dias r\u00e9gionaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s dans le fournil. De plus, une ligne d\u2019emballage mettant en avant le titre de champion a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e et le graphisme a \u00e9t\u00e9 repris sur les camionnettes ainsi que sur toutes les affiches et les annonces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-echange-precieux-d-experiences\">\u00c9change pr\u00e9cieux d\u2019exp\u00e9riences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La philosophie de Ramon Ehliger et de son \u00e9quipe est de cr\u00e9er r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement quelque chose de nouveau : \u00ab Un concours comme le SBT incite \u00e0 changer et \u00e0 essayer d\u2019apporter des am\u00e9liorations. Il d\u00e9coule de ce concours sportif avec les coll\u00e8gues un \u00e9change instructif avec des produits de toute la Suisse. Le SBT est par cons\u00e9quent une plate-forme importante pour notre profession et donne de pr\u00e9cieuses impulsions \u00e0 chaque entreprise. \u00bb<br>Si la p\u00e9riode du d\u00e9roulement du SBT du 31 octobre au 4 novembre est d\u00e9j\u00e0 la haute saison, c\u2019est n\u00e9anmoins une date id\u00e9ale pour se profiler avant No\u00ebl avec les produits prim\u00e9s, une PME pouvant r\u00e9agir rapidement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-rien-ne-fonctionne-sans-les-collaborateurs\">Rien ne fonctionne sans les collaborateurs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie Ehliger pr\u00e9sentera de nouveau une vaste palette de produits qu\u2019elle souhaite promouvoir de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e et de nouveaut\u00e9s d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es par toute l\u2019\u00e9quipe de production. Le SBT contribue ainsi fortement au d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe, comme le souligne Ramon Ehliger : \u00ab Tous les collaborateurs sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s. Chacun est charg\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper une nouvelle sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 et d\u2019apporter de bonnes id\u00e9es. La discussion finale permet de d\u00e9velopper la communication au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe et, de la sorte, l\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe. \u00bb Tous participent avec grand engagement et motivation et appr\u00e9cient fortement cette possibilit\u00e9 de se profiler. La production quotidienne en profite \u00e9galement, puisque, l\u00e0 aussi, un bon \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit est n\u00e9cessaire pour obtenir toujours la meilleure qualit\u00e9.<br>Ramon Ehliger est convaincu que le SBT rec\u00e8le un immense potentiel, potentiel qu\u2019il souhaite mettre \u00e0 profit malgr\u00e9 les gros efforts exig\u00e9s : \u00ab Nous voulons de nouveau montrer le meilleur de nous-m\u00eames cette ann\u00e9e et soumettre des produits de haute qualit\u00e9.
