Ils ont \u00e9galement organis\u00e9 leur 17e intronisation. L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a eu lieu dans le cadre de la f\u00eate au ch\u00e2teau de la Grande Riedera. Une messe en pr\u00e9sence du ch\u0153ur mixte de Bonnefontaine et d\u2019une section du contingent des Grenadiers fribourgeois a ouvert les festivit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trois nouveaux compagnons<br>La confr\u00e9rie a accueilli Robert Audergon et David Buchs (absent lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie) dans ses rangs. Le premier est boulanger \u00e0 Charmey, le second \u00e0 Echarlens.<br>Trois personnalit\u00e9s ont re\u00e7u le titre de Compagnons d\u2019honneur : Claudia Vernocchi, vice-directrice de la BCS et responsable de \u00ab panissimo \u00bb, Mathieu Fehlmann, directeur adjoint de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration patronale et \u00e9conomique et secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019association romande, et Martin Stern, directeur du Moulin de Romont.<br>Moment fort du chapitre : pour la premi\u00e8re fois de son histoire, la confr\u00e9rie a remis le titre de Pain d\u2019or. Il r\u00e9compense le chevalier ayant obtenu la meilleure moyenne lors des taxations de pain. Il s\u2019agit de Michel Buchs, boulanger \u00e0 Jaun. Dix-sept chevaliers ont confirm\u00e9 leur titre. Ils ont pu \u00e9pingler une \u00e9toile suppl\u00e9mentaire sur leur sautoir.<br>Un ap\u00e9ritif et un repas compos\u00e9 de plat typique de la B\u00e9nichon ont cl\u00f4tur\u00e9 la matin\u00e9e. Tout au long de la journ\u00e9e, le public a pu d\u00e9couvrir le battage du bl\u00e9 au fl\u00e9au et visiter le ch\u00e2teau. John Lehmann, boulanger-confiseur \u00e0 La Roche, a organis\u00e9 une d\u00e9gustation de chocolat.
