Cela se r\u00e9v\u00e8le tr\u00e8s satisfaisant \u00e0 une exception pr\u00e8s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Etes-vous satisfait de la pr\u00e9sence des boulangers-confiseurs lors des SwissSkills ?<\/strong><br>Oui, tr\u00e8s, surtout la collaboration avec Stefan Romang, le responsable du stand SwissSkills des boulangers-confiseurs, \u00e9tait superbe. Ce fut un \u00e9v\u00e9nement magnifique sur lequel les m\u00e9dias ont beaucoup rapport\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re positive. Nous \u00e9tions parfaitement repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s en tant que branche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vous ainsi que votre \u00e9quipe avez fait preuve d\u2019un engagement \u00e9norme. Comment allez-vous ?<\/strong><br>Je suis actuellement sur mon petit nuage. La fatigue s\u2019annoncera certainement demain ou apr\u00e8s-demain. L\u2019ambiance au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s bonne et cela aidait beaucoup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quand avez-vous commenc\u00e9 avec les travaux de pr\u00e9paration ?<\/strong><br>Il y a trois ans, le comit\u00e9 central a donn\u00e9 feu vert pour une participation aux deuxi\u00e8mes championnats des m\u00e9tiers interdisciplinaires. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 le coup d\u2019envoi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les efforts pr\u00e9paratoires \u00e9taient \u00e9normes\u2026<\/strong><br>Oui. SwissSkills a introduit un nouveau syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9valuation. Cette \u00e9laboration et ce changement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 complexes. Toute la planification, les d\u00e9lais, la collaboration avec les constructeurs des stands, les r\u00e9unions SwissSkills et toute l\u2019organisation ; tout cela donnait beaucoup \u00e0 faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En 2014, vous \u00e9tiez d\u00e9j\u00e0 de la partie en tant qu\u2019expert des SwissSkills. Qu\u2019est-ce qui \u00e9tait diff\u00e9rent cette fois-ci ?<\/strong><br>Toute la pr\u00e9sence m\u00e9diatique \u00e9tait beaucoup plus grande. Que ce soit sur Facebook, sur Instagram, \u00e0 la radio ou \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision. De plus, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves des classes d\u2019\u00e9coles \u00e9taient plus \u00e2g\u00e9s qu\u2019il y a quatre ans lors des SwissSkills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment jugez-vous le niveau des candidats ?<\/strong><br>Tr\u00e8s haut. Il monte d\u2019ann\u00e9e en ann\u00e9e. Un v\u00e9ritable plaisir !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u2019en est-il de la performance du jury ?<\/strong><br>Super. Tout s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s calme, disciplin\u00e9e et juste. Et il y a rarement eu des discussions. On \u00e9tait toujours du m\u00eame avis. On discute uniquement quand la diff\u00e9rence de l\u2019\u00e9valuation des diff\u00e9rents membres du jury est trop grande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019ambiance au stand du BCS \u00e9tait extraordinaire lors des \u00ab Best of SwissSkills \u00bb et cela du d\u00e9but jusqu\u2019au dimanche. Comment avez-vous v\u00e9cu ces jours ?<\/strong><br>On n\u2019aurait pas pu mieux faire ! Nous travaillions tous ensemble. Je ne devais pratiquement jamais donner d\u2019instructions. Chacun savait ce qu\u2019il devait faire. C\u2019est beau de pouvoir travailler ainsi ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quel \u00e9tait le plus grand d\u00e9fi ?<\/strong><br>Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 de satisfaire \u00e0 toutes les exigences des spectateurs et des \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Et de pouvoir r\u00e9pondre aux questions sans d\u00e9ranger le d\u00e9roulement du championnat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Bref entretien<\/strong><br>Nous avons soumis des d\u00e9buts de phrases \u00e0 Daniel Nyfeler, et nous l\u2019avons pri\u00e9 de les terminer.
